“I'll give 5 stars for their beautiful flowers and very accommodating sales rep! I had a lot of questions about my order and they were very responsive despite the time (it was about to be midnight). I would definitely order from Knots again!”

“I experienced some quality issues with my order and it was a bit unfortunate because it was for my parents’ 30th wedding anniversary gift. But I reached out to Knots and they were able to QUICKLY address the issue and gave a complimentary bouquet, delivered on the same day, and that was top quality. great customer service, thank you!”
