“It is my first time with Knots.ph and I'm pleased to say it's been a great one. Ordered the preserved pink hydrangeas for my mother's birthday and it arrived at her home at the time I needed it to be there. The delivery was handled very well despite this being a rush order. The flowers are lovely. My brother took lots of photos appreciating how beautiful they looked. The white wine also proved to be a nice addition. This shop definitely receives my highest recommendation as a worthy source of special gifts for the special people in your life. Thank you Knots.ph for helping me make my Mama happy.”

“Separated by continents away, I would 100% go back to Knots for floral arrangements. They went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and provided alternate substitutions for review when a floral was out of stock. Extremely great in communication and they even turned around arrangements in such short notice. And above all, they had very tasteful arrangements.”

“I wish I had discovered Knots a long time ago. It was an easy transaction. I ordered a gift box for a newborn baby as a congratulatory gift for a colleague. I was pleased to find the prices very reasonable and the package are very nice. They took the time to check on me on some items that needed changing because the one on the original list was out of stock. It was arranged well and I was informed every step of the way, from the time the order was accepted to the time the order was delivered. I was happy to receive satisfied feedback from the receiver of the gift. With this kind of service, I wouldn't hesitate to consider them again on my next order. So to make sure, I won't forget the website's name, I already bookmarked it under my favorite tab. :)”

“Great customer service. Even though I was ordering overseas the staff reached out to let me know flowers per the photo will not be available and gave me choices for substitutes plus photos to be sure I was happy with them. My needs were attended to in a prompt and respectful manner despite time difference. Will definitely use your service again and recommend.”

“Flowers are pretty and so is the arrangement.😊 However, not fresh upon delivery. 😔 In terms of customer service, overall experience was good. Response is very prompt. I just had a concern regarding the delivery as i was supposed to pick it up from the store. No feedback from the person contacted via Viber that store at Ayala Manila Bay was closed when in fact i wrote in the order form that it was for pick up. I only knew about it during the day of delivery. Good thing, they were able to book a rider and delivered it on time.”

Hi Aila, Thank you for your feedback. As per checking with the Customer Service team, the order form was no indication that it was for pick-up at Ayala, and only "for pick-up", and when they created the order they have stated in the e-mail pick-up is at Poblacion since our shop at Ayala Malls Manila Bay is still closed. Also as for the flowers used in your order, it was a new batch of flowers that came in from the supplier, and before the courier you booked collected the order, flowers are all in good shape. Nevertheless, we appreciate all the feedback, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. This can help us be more pro-active to improve in our process. Have a great day and stay safe! - Kyla.
