“First time buyer of 2 products = Preserved Tao Vase: Daydreamer & 3 White Ecuadorian Roses: Love Bouquet. Fast response from the seller and smooth transaction! Package was sent after reconfirming with me about the purchases I made and arrived roughly an hour later! My partner loved both the Ecuadorian Roses & Tao Vase! Gorgeous & adorable! They also smelt nice! (She can’t stop smelling them... haha) I highly recommend this shop & their products! I’ll definitely be a returning customer :) -RDRxBGT”

“The bouquet is beautifully arranged and looks very stylish like in the photos. There's extra touches that make it seem even more special like the card & envelope, the care guide, and the chic paper bag it comes in. The flowers seem fresh although some have some brown tinge at the edges. But I'll still order from knots because of their lovely arrangements.”

Hi, thank you for the feedback :) yes flowers are fresh, roses are just to delicate that when it touches something , their petals will have this brown effect. Will take into consideration in making it more secure when it's going to be delivered so that this issue won't occur again in the future.
