“Exceeded my expectations! ❤️ The flowers were so beautiful and even the whole package itself. The only thing that I was a bit disappointed was the time of delivery. I had to call twice for an update. But overall will add this flower shop for future reference!”

“Customer service is excellent as I have been accommodated with my requests with ease. In terms of product, maybe it will be better to provide a guide for the actual size of the mini bouquet since I didnt expect it to be smaller than I thought. However, the packaging and the design are exquisite. Thank you!”

“Thank you for coming through with the delivery on such a short notice when other merchants were suddenly cancelling on me due to a lack of fresh flowers. The experience would be better though if there is a constant update on the status of the order. Still, I am truly grateful :).”

“Knots is my go-to shop for flower delivery :) They are so accommodating, and respond fast, even during peak seasons. Some Eustoma flowers, though, had petals that were slightly brownish, but the over-all bouquet was still very pretty. The arrangement is elegant and classy as always.”

As per checking on your order, the color of the Ecuadorian roses you chose is the natural color of Amnesia Ecuadorian roses, and our florist carefully selected fresh flowers to prepare your order. Would you be able to send us a photo of the flowers received so we can investigate further?
