“When receive the flower is already not fresh and i just realise with very high cost compared with others seller.”

As per checking on your order, the color of the Ecuadorian roses you chose is the natural color of Amnesia Ecuadorian roses, and our florist carefully selected fresh flowers to prepare your order. Would you be able to send us a photo of the flowers received so we can investigate further? As for the price, usually for Vday period, price will increase because of the price increase of our suppliers as well. Looking forward to your reply, and we hope we can assist you further. “The shipping experience was good. Site was easy to navigate. The product was also fine. I got what was expected. The flowers are on display. Hopefully the rider will contact as in the instructions instead of leaving the product in lobbies/gates.”
