“I really appreciate the constant updates of delivery, quality of the flowers, and the pictures you'd send of the bouquet before delivery. One thing I would like to see is the ability to put a paragraph break in your notes section. I noticed you can only write your message as one paragraph, but it would be nice to be able to put a line break and write on the following line. For example, if I had wanted to write a poem instead of a paragraph note, I need the feature of being able to write on the next line to be able to do that.”

Despite being informed that the item I originally ordered was out of stock, they quickly offered an upgraded alternative, which was a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. What really stood out to me was the level of communication from Angello, who kept me informed at every stage of the process. When I made an error with the recipient's name, Angello was incredibly responsive and immediately corrected it, ensuring everything went smoothly. The service was fast, precise, and extremely easy to transact with. The newborn gift I ordered was absolutely adorable, and the recipient loved it!
