“Beautiful flowers and excellent customer service! I had an issue with ordering online so I contacted Knots via viber. They were able to support without delay, patiently assisted me every step, and provided regular updates until delivery. I live overseas so having effective online support was very helpful!”

“I really appreciate the constant updates of delivery, quality of the flowers, and the pictures you'd send of the bouquet before delivery. One thing I would like to see is the ability to put a paragraph break in your notes section. I noticed you can only write your message as one paragraph, but it would be nice to be able to put a line break and write on the following line. For example, if I had wanted to write a poem instead of a paragraph note, I need the feature of being able to write on the next line to be able to do that.”
