“When the preferred flower arrangement was unavailable, the shop contacted me and gave me options. They also showed me photos of the flowers and the dedication prior to sending them. These were also delivered on time.”

“Thanks for sending updates throughout the whole thing, I don't know if I could change the text on the card, I would've if that was allowed. I wish the delivery time could be earlier, as the recipient was already at work by 9am, but overall I am satisfied. Thank you!”

“This is my third time ordering. Really amazing service and communication! Flowers are beautiful and look just like the photos. I also really appreciate the tracking and receiving the pictures of the actual flowers and card via email prior to the delivery. Its a very nice, personal touch. Highly recommended.”

“Now my favorite flower shop in the metro. They have very nice selections and excellent customer service. The original item I ordered wasn't available on the day I needed it and they were transparent enough to inform me and also provide me beautiful alternatives. “The arrangement was beautiful. The recipient loved it. Delivery went without a hitch. Price was reasonable and even lower than the others with the same arrangement. Staff was responsive via messenger chat and they even sent a photo before it was delivered without me saying so.”
