“Knots.ph offers a selection of superb flower arrangements at a reasonable price. In my case, the delivered product exactly matched the photograph from the catalog and had reached the receiver promptly. There was a bit of a technical problem with the online order system in their website, but it was duly resolved. Both seller and receiver are satisfied.”

“Knots PH website is very user-friendly and organized😊 It was a pleasant experience. The customer service is great, they respond very quickly and helpful. Also, the product I chose was exactly the same as in the photo and handled the delivery very well. I highly recommend for any flower/gift delivery.”

“I liked the photos but filling up the form was not easy. When making payments, the app would pop up say that not all fields are filled up. It does not say which fields are required. I left others empty which were not applicable. Also, there is a shipping address already upon check out but I think I had to fill it up 3 times. The app should be more user friendly”

“Thank you for accommodating my request last minute. The flowers are beautiful. I just hope next time that the Equadorian roses are not in the full bloom. What i got is already bloomed.”
