“The flowers are very beautiful. But the delivery service failed to notify the recipient by not calling. The flower stayed in the guardhouse for 12 hours since the landline that day is not working. I even gave 2 mobile numbers to ensure that receiving the flowers will be smooth. Hoping that they would take into consideration that flowers are very sensitive.”
