In my case, the delivered product exactly matched the photograph from the catalog and had reached the receiver promptly. There was a bit of a technical problem with the online order system in their website, but it was duly resolved. Both seller and receiver are satisfied.”

“Knots PH website is very user-friendly and organized😊 It was a pleasant experience. The customer service is great, they respond very quickly and helpful. “I liked the photos but filling up the form was not easy. When making payments, the app would pop up say that not all fields are filled up. It does not say which fields are required. I left others empty which were not applicable. Also, there is a shipping address already upon check out but I think I had to fill it up 3 times. The app should be more user friendly”
