“A bit disappointed this time because the typo was not corrected, the tiny flowers I requested to be added was not added, and the receipt was in the bag. :( But the actual tulips were very pretty. I just wish it was cut longer. I would still order, ill just not rely on the customer service so much for add-ons.”

“The bouquet of flowers was so small and I didn't expect it to be like that. It didn't have the wow factor. :( Maybe you can add dimensions in the description and also a photo of a person holding it for scale.”

“3.8 some of the daisies had black maybe it was decayed a bit but overall good product but wish na it came in a box instead para mas secure lalo na motor nagdedeliver and naeexpose sa dumi like the smoke. And also wished na the sellers put extra wrappers ng flower (yung linagay sa tulip mismo) kasi there was only 1 out of 3 and i thought lahat malalagyan. Aside from all tjat i love the product and will probably buy again. Affordable and good quality product”

“Sobrang nakaka disappoint tong shop na to nag order ako last Feb 9 and nag pay thru Bdo and nagreply sa email kasi sabi sa instructions send proof or payment. For Feb 14 sana then Feb 11 12am naka receive ako ng cancelled order so nag chat ako sa FB nila, ginawan ako ng bagong order number.. then nagising ako may tumatawag na lalamove ayun dineliver na!!! For Feb 14 sana yun!!! Sinira nyo yung surprise!! Napaka tanga nyo nagpa order form pa kayo kung kayo ding gagawa ng decision.”

As per checking on what happened with your order, our system auto-canceled the order since we didn't receive any screenshot of the payment made, hence when you sent us a message yesterday only with the payment that's when our CS team recreated your order for today's delivery. “A fresh bouquet. Overall, it is nice, but I suggest your guys make improvements on the bottom of the bouquet. Please wrap it nicely on the bottom, so the water bag will not be visible when carried.”

“By far, the best flower shop online! Top quality service from start to finish. The arrangements are beautiful and affordable, the website is easy to navigate, payment processing is smooth, confirmation emails are instant, and scheduled delivery is exactly as promised. On top of all this, they send you a photo of your order before delivery and inform you of any changes. I can't ask for a better experience being an overseas shopper. This is the only place to go as far as I'm concerned. I am absolutely thrilled to have found Knots online and would be happy to purchase again in the future!”
