“If I could give more than 5* I would! I live in London and wanted to send my mum flowers for Mother’s Day. The online ordering service was so easy to use. Unfortunately the day I sent the flowers my mum was away but Knots worked hard to communicate and send to a relative the same day - unparalleled service! The flowers turned up and my mum sent my pics, they looked stunning. She said they made her day, and it almost didn’t if Knots didn’t go above and beyond like they did. Highly recommend!!!”

“Although the quick deliver of package was nice, please stop encouraging couriers to flirt with recipients/customers as it was raised to me by my lover and it made her uncomfortable.”

“Flowers and the arrangement were very pretty yet affordable! The arrangement I had chosen had a specific flower that was out of stock, so they reached out to me right away and presented me with alternatives to choose from. Thank you knots!”
