“The bow tie didn’t seem high enough quality for the cost. For example, there was a discoloration on the front of our ordered bow tie almost looking like a glue stain.”

“We placed our order for 2 Standard Length ties, 1 Long Length tie and 1 pocket square on July 25th. Our order was delivered August 11th. These items were chosen with the ability to customize to our liking, which we did take full advantage on. Our Wedding is September 24th, our wedding colours are a dark green and dark purple. The Ties were customized with purple, and the 1 pocket square for my husband-to-be was dark green. We've been using fabric swatches provided by Azazie to try and match. Knotty Tie has colours to match with Azazie which made our customization process much more pleasant and simple. Come the time of deliver, we opened each one to find the most beautiful details, and the colours were do vibrant and a perfect match. I can't wait to have our Groomsmen and my husband to be in these matching ties. The pocket square was also a fun play with a different pattern, and the different colour is sure to POP! Amazing job Knotty Tie 10/5 stars if I could.”

“I spent more than $700 total on 9 custom tie and pocket square combos. Colors were to match Azazi dresses and there were various paisley and floral styles. Of the 9, only two were done correctly, and three of them are completely unsuitable for the event. Some designs had three to four colors, allowing for nice details and contrast, none of which was retained in the final product. In the case of one paisley tie (photos attached), the colors weren't even applied correctly. Now I get to use the final weeks of wedding prep spending more time and money looking for suitable replacement ties. I did not contact you for a resolution because I have 19 days until my wedding and I'm not wasting that time waiting on potential replacements in which I have no faith given how many ties have already been messed up.”

“Tie came in and was exactly what i was hoping it would be. My only complaint is that the final price ended up being significantly more than expected with currency conversion and shipping fees, plus a surprise extra fee from UPS. Not sure if this is something that could be improved on your end or not…”

“We loved our custom-made ties! We were able to design groomsman ties that incorporated both of our two bridesmaid dress colors. The ability to match David's Bridal colors was incredibly helpful to make sure the ties and dresses would match exactly!”

“Amazing experience! Absolutely loved the huge selection to choose from, and being able to customize the colors got us just the right ties that we weren't able to find anywhere else. The ties shipped exactly when we expected them to and were delivered in great condition with beautiful packaging. Couldn't ask for more for the perfect bow ties for our wedding day!”

“I ordered 3 pairs of suspenders for my groomsmen. All was great until one of the clips busted right as we were trying to finish getting dressed. So we had to tie it up with some string instead.”
