“Elastic is too tight and compressed the nose”

“The mask was good quality. Maybe mine was an anomaly or they sent the small by mistake, but I ordered the standard size and it was waaaay too tight on my the bridge of my nose. I ordered another mask through a different company.”

“I'd rather the straps went over my ears than around my head”

“The fabric and design are great, however I was disappointed that the mask doesn't secure behind the ears. I often need to pull my mask down to eat/drink during the day and it just doesn't fit as well as the masks that secure behind the ears.”

“The pocket squares are Doable. They are not what I particularly asked for. My designs have a trim color but Knottytie won't make it anymore so I guess I have to deal with it.”

“I want to give a VERY GOOD rate because I loved working on the design with your team. Everything was so fast and done so professionally. However, the scarf we ordered has a mistake on it. See files below - one of the logo that was sent and one of the scarf with a white line over the cross that shouldn't be there. Help!”
