“The tracking number provided was incorrect and I never got a response to an email I sent even after over a week of waiting. I then followed by chat and finally got a response with the correct tracking number. Additionally, I ordered the Burlap Crosshatch and expected the tie to be woven with threads of two different colors, so the texture would show. Instead, it seems the colors are just painted onto a white cloth. It looks fine, but not what I expected for the cost.”

“Excellent products overall. I have ordered face masks from K.T. 5 or 6 times during the pandemic, several personal orders and 1 or 2 for my workplace also. However, this order, which I placed Nov 15 arrived pretty late ( today, Dec 1) and contained incorrect products. This is the 2nd of my 5 or 6 orders from K.T. that did not contain the actual masks that I ordered. So, this is the 2nd time I have had to contact the company and request they reship my order. I contacted them today, waiting to hear back on my order getting reshipped.”

“The tie looks great, but I forgot to click that I wanted the classic size and ended up with the skinny size. I'm a large man, and a skinny tie looks ridiculous on me. I wonder if there's something that could be added to ask people ordering to check their tie size and not just click on the default skinny size. Or, I could just stop ordering ties like an imbecile.”

“Good experience making the purchase but wish I would have READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION and READ THE RETURN POLICY. Its not shiny like the picture shows. Did’t look right with the dress. Didn't even take it out of the box. Anybody need a $60 bow tie?”

“I love the customization and previewing of the product that Knotty Tie offers. The price is very reasonable and the ties are good quality. Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong tie after waiting 3 weeks. Their customer service is very responsive (heard back within hours). I would have loved to give 5 stars but I still don’t have my tie yet and my wedding is in a few weeks.”

“I think the ties are great that we ordered but disappointed by the color. We ordered a color chart and used that but the tie color is more purple then the color chart. Wasn't the color we were going for to match our wedding.”

“I ordered the style of mask that goes over the head because I have very sensitive ears. Unfortunately, the strap is too tight and I presses on my nose in a very uncomfortable way. Otherwise it is a very nice mask. I just wish it fit better.”

“Service was great. The masks are a little flimsier that I am used to. It is the material that is so soft. Tying to get used to them. The prints are great.”

Hi Anne, Thanks so much for sharing your feedback. We do use a super soft polyester fabric for all our masks. For a bit more sturdiness, we offer our Filter Pocket and Moisture Barrier masks which are made with 3 layers of fabric, plus the option to add a filter. “I love the colors and different designs of the masks and gaitors. However, I'm not really impressed with the quality, as I thought they would be sturdier. I also washed the gaitor as instructed, and it seemed to shrink quite a bit. For the price, I expected a lot more; they are way overpriced for what you get.”

“These masks are of very good quality material.There are no pleats at the sides and so they have a very snug airtight fit.I would suggest that the straps be made a little longer with adjustable sliders so wearers can make their own adjustments.”

“Everything's great, except it doesn't fit my big head (yes, I ordered the larger size)! I gave my mask to my wife and she loves it. So I'm giving it 3 stars to average out the experience of me (1) and my wife (5). If I had one recommendation to Knotty Tie it would be to have a version where I can re-string it myself. The only mask I have that works for me so far is the kind that has a gather on each side where I can feed a string through one side of the mask and around the head to the other side. Then I was able to fashion an adjustable around-the-neck/over-the-ears strap with a long piece of string and some clever knots. That's what I need/want.”
