“Good company and products. Very good customer service. I received a tie in the wrong shade, when it turned out to actually be my fault they gave me 50% off the correct color tie. I'm very grateful they offered help for my screw up even though they didnt have to! Will definitely use again if the need arises.”

“Knotty Tie's customer service was quite helpful with some dumb questions I had, and the swatch option was huge since I was trying to match bridesmaids dress colors that were not standard. The tie quality is very nice, and I will definitely keep Knotty in mind for future wedding tie needs!”

“Wow! I am beyond impressed. I decided to order custom ties and pocket squares for myself and my groomsmen for my wedding. My fiancée and I decided to go with a complimentary but not matching look. We first ordered the colour sample sheet to get the best idea of what the colours will actually look like (highly recommend). After spending some time with the very user friendly customizer on the website, we had settled on the designs and colours we liked. One of the things that really stood out was the option to also pick your tie length and width. I am quite tall and wear a tall length tie, but off the rack ties are usually very wide if they are longer. Knotty Tie allowed me to pick a longer length tie but in a modern 2-3/4" (or even a skinny tie is my physique suited one). From the time we placed the custom order, it took about 2 weeks to be ready to ship. Once shipped, I think it only took 3-4 days for them to get to my house... in Canada! Customer service response was even faster than the shipping when I had a few questions regarding our order. My only gripe was that I got hit with a rather hefty duty charge. Not that that's Knotty Tie's fault, but maybe they could offer a shipping option with a carrier that includes duty (or avoids it altogether) in their shipping fee. All in all though, I am thrilled with the entire process. From the fantastic communication from customer service, to the rapid production and even more rapid shipping. And of course, the phenomenal quality of the products themselves. Knotty Tie has gained another (tall, yet modern) customer for life!”

“Great fun designing our tie for a wedding. Once ordered made an enquiry about delivery as we’re in the UK which was answered quickly. Tie arrived on time in UK well packaged. Tie is exactly as it looked once designed both the pattern and colours. Really great quality and would use Knotty Tie again and recommend them.”

“Loved the whole process of working with Knotty Tie Co. Using the color chart, we were able to create a tie and pocket square for my husband that perfectly matched/coordinated with my dress for our son's wedding. “Knotty Tie Co. was exactly what I was looking for when I set out to pick a tie for my groomsmen that would hopefully be on theme with our wedding. I loved how many customizable pattern options there were as well as how many colors I had to choose from! “Great experience! We originally thought we needed to custom design our ties to get the colors the bride and groom wanted and Knotty Tie followed up several times by email to see if we needed help.
