“No excellent service or product. I wanted the perfect tie to match my MILs dress. I ordered the custom matching mat and the color seemed perfect. What I received was not that same color. It was much lighter. I was just told the correct one was printed and because it’s custom no returns. The rep did not care. Two days away from my wedding and very disappointed. Just doing $12-20 ties from Amazon from now on.”

“Knotty tie was so amazing! We had a few questions along the way when picking custom colors and ordering. We got the citrus neckties for our groomsmen and bow tie for my husband. The quality was amazing and they looked soooo good! Definitely recommend them, 100% worth it!”

“Sent the wrong tie originally which was stressful due to the proximity to my wedding day. But Daniela from customer service was so kind and made everything right and did it really quick. The tie finally showed up and was perfect. She even checked in to make sure it was good and sent her congrats. Thank you and i will definitely recommend to others in the future.”

“Knotty Tie was AMAZING to work with!!! We ordered the ColorMatch chart to match our bridesmaids dresses and when the ties came they were not at all like the swatch we matched the dresses to. They worked with us to correct this. We sent them a swatch of our dresses and they custom matched the color for us!!! We just received the new ties and they are PERFECT! We could not be happier with this company! I’ve included photos of both. Daniela worked with us for the most part and very thankful for her assistance!”

“I ordered this tie specifically for a wedding I was in on 9/25 after I found out the tie that came with my rental tux was a clip on. I payed extra with a reported guarantee that it would be made and delivered within 12 days (that was the fastest option). The tie showed up on 9/27. While I admit this was short notice, I wasted money on this and will never recommend or use your company again. Do not promise what you cannot deliver.”

“Good experience making the purchase but wish I would have READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION and READ THE RETURN POLICY. Its not shiny like the picture shows. Did’t look right with the dress. Didn't even take it out of the box. Anybody need a $60 bow tie?”
