“Love this! Really wanted custom ties to match the groomsmen and bridesmaids at my upcoming wedding but didn’t want to pay an absurd price. So happy about this! Love all the color choices. Quality is great.”

“Wanted to get something from you because I thought you’d have the colors for Azazie - turns out you didn’t. The ties didn’t match the color chart and you all had the audacity to tell me they do in “professional lighting”. Leaving me no choice but to take this to my wedding with a color mismatch. How embarrassing.”

“The mask quality is just average. The hem line in the middle is odd and the design and white liner slide. The shipping experience was terrible. I was happy to support and local Colorado store but I might skip this one.”

“Love the masks, such great colors and well made. They are always working to improve their product, just ordered 2 masks as the first ones wore out after over a year of use. Added a flexible nose bridge and shortened the filter pocket so the filter doesn't shift as much.”

“The design is awesome. Better than I imagined. Samples are horrible. It’s just a small piece of the fabric. Real samples would be something you try on and see, or feel. I would like a refund of the 63.00 or so that I spent. Very disappointed and had such a amazing presentation I was so excited. Very disappointed.”

“I am a return customer for the thin and heavier neck gators. I wear them all the time for all my outdoor activities. I have also used them for gifts. I do have a small neck so I buy the small. I love them because they are not tight on my neck, but not as loose as a regular fit either.”

“The tracking number provided was incorrect and I never got a response to an email I sent even after over a week of waiting. I then followed by chat and finally got a response with the correct tracking number. Additionally, I ordered the Burlap Crosshatch and expected the tie to be woven with threads of two different colors, so the texture would show. Instead, it seems the colors are just painted onto a white cloth. It looks fine, but not what I expected for the cost.”

“Excellent products overall. I have ordered face masks from K.T. 5 or 6 times during the pandemic, several personal orders and 1 or 2 for my workplace also. However, this order, which I placed Nov 15 arrived pretty late ( today, Dec 1) and contained incorrect products. This is the 2nd of my 5 or 6 orders from K.T. that did not contain the actual masks that I ordered. So, this is the 2nd time I have had to contact the company and request they reship my order. I contacted them today, waiting to hear back on my order getting reshipped.”

“I was a bit hesitant ordering a custom tie online since the colour on the website can come off as different in person. BUT I was pleasantly surprised, I was so so happy with the order. The colour was EXACTLY the same as it was on the website. The texture was great. Overall my experience was really good. Definitely recommend!”
