“Got this delivered as a valentines present. Wasn’t personally there to taste it but looked great and have gifted their brownies before, always a hit! Love the bakery, they have great flavours, the cakes are delicious and moist ( a surprisingly rare find). Love the passion fruit and champagne flavoured cake they had once, hope it comes back !”

“My cake was excellent along with service, however, the paper bag you gave me fell apart and my cake dropped out of the bottom of the bag and on to the floor. Given the price (and weight) of the cakes I'd expect a much better bag.”

“Would recommend Konditor check their orders have been delivered before sending out requests for feedback. Now a day late than promised, tracking doesn't work and no email/txt update - very disappointing. Hopefully the problem is operational and the brownies will be okay when (if) they do arrive...”

“As excellent as ever. Over the years, a cake from Konditor has been a key part of a special occasion - not often, but whenever bought, exceptional. Delivery was thoughtful - they made every effort to make sure it arrived even when we had said "if we are not in, leave it with our neighbour" and the cake arrived in good shape.”

“Wonderful cake, as always. Spectacular decoration. I ordered a large version and couldn’t easily carry the cake box on the train. The shop bent over backwards to create a box that I could manage, using a large cardboard box and sellotape, even making a carrying handle. I was very grateful and the cake got home safely.”
