“My son's chocolate birthday brownies arrived late because unfortunately the new delivery company were not yet up to speed with Konditor's requirements. Konditor could not have been more helpful and did absolutely everything they could to make up for this. The quality of their cakes amazes me because they seem so home made - like they were just baked this morning. Siobhan who dealt with my 'complaint' is a total star. Thank you Konditor”

“I love Konditor's products! I used to order them lots when I lived and worked in London and now still place orders for different occasions for my collegues in our London office. The quality of the products is great. I was just surprised how expensive the delivery was this time, I cannot remember if it has always been like this.”

Hi Krasimira, Thank you for such a wonderful review on our products! We're so glad you enjoy our brownies and biscuits :) Unfortunately we did have to increase our delivery costs about 18 months ago due to increases from our delivery partners, and while we still take on a large part of the cost, we did have to make a small change to our London delivery price. As our deliveries are all fresh food, we use specialised couriers to ensure that the deliveries are of the best quality! Warmest regards, Siobhan
