“Always good - think we've done all the cakes now. But why isn't the Whiskey Bomb a year-round cake?! It's easily the best.”

“K&K were fantastic. There was a glitch on their website which meant that my address shouldn’t have been included in the delivery option, as it was too far for their courier to travel. Instead of cancelling the order, they went above and beyond to arrange the delivery with someone else, without charging me a penny extra - meaning that they actually lost money on my order. They called me the day before to ensure everything was OK for delivery the following day, and everything arrived right on schedule. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service - thank you!!!”

“Oh dear. I order your lovely cakes for lots of good reasons: however you need to change your delivery service APC. An order for Thursday 28th March was delayed because of the Easter hols and rearranged for Saturday 30th March. It did not arrive and I have received a message saying it will be delivered today 2nd April. How fresh the product will be I don’t know as it was a gift. I did choose the day before Easter officially commenced. This is the second time APC delivery has been the cause of unhappiness. Sorry had to choose over 7 days for delivery as 6 days was not an option.”

“Excellent cake! Cake was enjoyed by the whole family. Online shopping experience was great too. Order was completed quickly and pick up ws hassle free. The shop itself was a quaint, old school style outlet, where the staff was helpful and friendly and offered plenty of samples. Shame I was fasting. Will defeinitely return for more.”

“Fabulous bakery, always spoilt for choice when you pop in as so many delicious treats to choose from. And this will forever be my go to place for birthday cakes for friends and family who aren’t in London, I’ve travelled many miles, many many times with a Konditor curly wurly cake to deliver!!”
