“The cake was very nice but the quality of the decoration was poor. It was significantly lower standard than the cakes available to buy off the shelve in store.”

“Cake was really good, fresh and made with quality ingredients. Delivery system didn’t work to track the delivery (we got our cake at the last minute established in our slot).”

“I love my cakes from Konditor. They are amongst the best. I just wish the range was a little wider and more adventurous, as what I have sampled are exemplars of what cakes should aspire to being. I haven't even tried thir brownies yet - something to look forward to!”

“Ordered the curly whirly cake. Firstly, I would suggest that they seal the box as they use a third-party courier service. I found the icing on my cake to be slightly smudged and I would’ve felt reassured had the box been sealed. I did reach out to Konditor by Instagram but didn’t receive a response and I’ve previously called them Before I placed the order about an Before I placed the order about a separate matter and they don’t answer their phones either. The cake itself was delicious, but the texture of both the cake and the frosting was quite grainy as if the sugar crystals hadn’t fully dissolved so you could feel it in your bite.”
