“I am extremely disappointed with the personalised cake I ordered for £150. The name was spelt incorrectly, which completely defeated the purpose of ordering a personalised cake in the first place. This was for a special occasion, and the incorrect name significantly impacted the event. While this may seem like a minor error from your perspective, it was the key element of the cake and the reason I placed the order. I appreciate the refund of the delivery charge and the £20 voucher, but this does not reflect the seriousness of the mistake or the cost of the cake. The product I paid for was not delivered as agreed.”
