“I cannot consider myself a great customer, as I barely buy from Konditor. However, I will say I go to them every single year to get the very same cake for my birthday. And that must say something really special about them.”

“I selected Monday for the delivery. When I checked with the courier, there was no update. I was then told (after chasing) it would arrive on Tuesday. On Wednesday, I called twice and was assured someone would return my call, but no one did. I also sent an email that went unanswered. Unfortunately, this is not the first time there has been a delivery issue. It is now Thursday, and I still have no information on where the items are.”

“Lovely staff at Grey's Inn branch. Customer Service responsive to emails. Would prefer to have a way to contact the store / customer service in hours via telephone rather than email though.”
