“I was really looking forward to sharing the half and half cake - red velvet and lemon chiffon - with family. I was diappointed that both cakes were quite dry. Not what I expected from Konditor”

“I selected Monday for the delivery. When I checked with the courier, there was no update. I was then told (after chasing) it would arrive on Tuesday. On Wednesday, I called twice and was assured someone would return my call, but no one did. I also sent an email that went unanswered. Unfortunately, this is not the first time there has been a delivery issue. It is now Thursday, and I still have no information on where the items are.”

Our Nationwide couriers sometimes hold the package and we were trying to communicate with them to get to the bottom of your delivery issues.
