“I used to love Konditor. I’d buy brownies eat them on the day, take some home and even freeze some. I even did a cake lock in with them once and it was amazing. But the quality has really dropped recently. Maybe it’s just delivered products. Won’t be ordering again unfortunately.”

“I have often bought cakes from the shops and they were fantastic but I havnt done it for awhile. I dont know if standards have dropped generally or whether there are much lower standards for cakes which are delivered . There are so few of the shops now that they are dififcult to get to which is such a shame as , in the past i thought they had the best cakes anywhere . “Delivery was not on time. I had to travel to the depot in order to prevent perishable goods being locked up all over the weekend.”

“Expiry dates need to be made clearer, and prices have gotten so extortionate I don’t think I can afford to return unless I’m ordering for an anniversary.”

“I really like there products but this last order which I received only one item of two that I ordered. They replaced the custard creams with something I really sadly wasn’t keen on as I’d ordered them before. There was no note of explanation to why until I got j touch with konditor via email and told they didn’t have part of what I ordered so sent an alternative and would refund. When I asked not to refund and send me item required I was told they were unavailable. Very sad I didn’t get a choice and that konditor didn’t get in touch prior my order to notify me.”
