“£60 for a cake that was dry and dense and could not be eaten. So disappointed. Curly whirly cake that tasted like it had been left out for days.”

“I REALLY REALLY miss your carrot and passion fruit cake! I understand the need to compromise on ingredients in these financially challenging times but that was really special, found nowhere else. I miss the tanginess of that passion fruit cream layer and coating. I've tried making it myself. Your one has ruined me for the Waitrose attempt which comes nowhere near. In general you've managed to maintain a good standard and quality but I miss the more adventurous, found-nowhere-else options that were a haven from the overload on sweetness over flavour found everywhere else.”

“Great service & I bought a Chocolate Ganash Birthday Cake. Really pleased with it & everyone said it was delicious. It's best after being out of fridge for about 20mins at room temperature, I found.”

“Received brownies as a gift. Half of them (the choc) were stale. Contacted thinking they would replace but was offered a small percentage off further order. Expected better.”
