“I cannot consider myself a great customer, as I barely buy from Konditor. However, I will say I go to them every single year to get the very same cake for my birthday. And that must say something really special about them.”

“I selected Monday for the delivery. When I checked with the courier, there was no update. I was then told (after chasing) it would arrive on Tuesday. On Wednesday, I called twice and was assured someone would return my call, but no one did. I also sent an email that went unanswered. Unfortunately, this is not the first time there has been a delivery issue. It is now Thursday, and I still have no information on where the items are.”

Our Nationwide couriers sometimes hold the package and we were trying to communicate with them to get to the bottom of your delivery issues. “Lovely staff at Grey's Inn branch. Customer Service responsive to emails. Would prefer to have a way to contact the store / customer service in hours via telephone rather than email though.”
