I REALLY REALLY miss your carrot and passion fruit cake! I understand the need to compromise on ingredients in these financially challenging times but that was really special, found nowhere else. I miss the tanginess of that passion fruit cream layer and coating. I've tried making it myself. Your one has ruined me for the Waitrose attempt which comes nowhere near. In general you've managed to maintain a good standard and quality but I miss the more adventurous, found-nowhere-else options that were a haven from the overload on sweetness over flavour found everywhere else.
