“Lovely brownie. Service a bit meh, and the pricing really doesn't work. £2 for 1 mince pie, £5 for 3, or £12 for 6”

Hi, Thanks for leaving us a review! I am sorry that the service you received wasn't a memorable one, I will forward this onto the management of that branch so they can look into this! In regards of the pricing, apologies that it appears odd or confusing, but we charge £12 for a Box of 6 due to the packaging it comes in or you can just get 6 single Mince Pies for £10, it just won't have the nice packaging! “Cosy shop with original products! You have to enjoy this type of baked cakes (which is quite creamy, not fine). Besides that, I find the prices of slices of cakes and packed goods expensive.”

“Waited so long to get a delivery date and consequently arranged a dinner party to coincide with the delivery date. Delivery was due for a Saturday which was perfect. NO DELIVERY! Was informed that delivery was now going to be Monday which makes the whole process a total and complete was of time. Seriously, seriously unimpressed.”
