“have loved being customer for the last 15 years however on my last visit I was informed my loyalty cards that I have been saving with stamps would not be honoured this was very disappointing as I now needed online account as an older customer this is not accessible to me. It would be great if my loyalty would be honoured on my cards you need consider you older customers counter staff are not as friendly as they once was when I raised how can I get my cards honoured just saying I had run out of time did not offer any guidance even though I am older customer did not consider any issues I may have when I explained I would not be able to set up the new way to access benefits for loyal customers”

Hi, I'm sorry to see that you are having issues with the new loyalty scheme and that our stamp cards are now longer valid. “I bought a whole noissette cake a few months ago from the shop and that too did not taste its best, sponge no longer moist. As your whole cakes are not cheap people expect the cake to be fresh. If you have older cakes sell them off cheaply and inform the customer to eat them on the day of purchase. I am now cautious as this is the third time in a row I have been disappointed. Your cake shop was once my favourite.”

“Dropping one star as I wish they delivered to my post code! I live in London and they used to deliver to me, but don't anymore. I had to hack my way into central London to collect it.”
