I was sent the wrong item and had to follow up multiple times and chase for refund . Refund did not include freight which I paid for . I would not buy from this website again unless changes are made that when it’s their error they take full responsibility and customer does not incur any charge. Super disappointed

The package was sent back even though I put everything needed in. Never got a refund for the $250+ i spend.

We kindly ask you to check all folders including spam, promotions, or other folders your email client may automatically forward. The customer service is not responsive at all, I have to send multiple emails to ask for my refund and no one tells me my refund status even though the shop received the return more than 10 days ago.

I’d suggest having different sizes. It is hard to fit everyone for just one size. Return the items is one hell of a hassle and such a big deal. Never shop here again.

The one size clothes that I ordered (since that was the only size) were way to big. I’m really disappointed and the quality also seems cheap. The price is too high for what you get. Don’t waste your money. I even paid for 5-7 business days but the package arrived about 10 days after the order.

Regarding the shipping time, you placed the order on 8/22 and the estimated ship-out date was between 8/26-8/31 and the estimated delivery date was between 9/2-9/9. Please note that all the shipping information was noted at the checkout and your package was delivered on 9/1, which is earlier than the expected delivery date. According to our record your package was shipped 2 days after the order date the DHL took 10 days to deliver for the total of 12 days. We understand DHL took longer than usual due to COVID-19 restriction causing delays in may carriers across the globe. There must be a notification via email to indicate on the progress of the goods/parcel. I have to check in everytime into the website to find out the progress which is not a good experience.
