Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry your package is being delayed by the carrier. Upon further look at your order, it looks like DHL took extremely longer than usual to deliver the package to the US. This was due backlog issue in DHL's facility due to COVID-19. It was finally handed over to USPS today and you should be receiving your package soon. Once again we are sorry for the inconvenience.

However, the carrier has been experiencing extreme delay due to COVID-19 and high volume. We understand the frustration it may cause when there is delay in transit. According to our record, your order was shipped out on April 29th and delivered on May 2nd by express shipping. You order was shipped earlier than its expected ship-out date that was shown during checkout (April 30th and May 10th). Please note that we show expected ship-out date during checkout and in the order to set the right expectation of the delivery time, even though most of the time we ship-out earlier. I placed an orxer on April 18. Today is May 11. Almost one month has passed and still my order was not shipped.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that. However, we noticed that your order was shipped within the estimated ship-out date that was shown during the checkout (Apr 21 – 28, 2021) and was delivered by USPS in 6 days. We do see USPS took little longer than usual due to its high volume season. We apologize for the delay from USPS, thank you for your understanding and let us know if you have any other questions.

I ordered 9 items which cost me close to 400 dollars. till todate i still have not received my items. it was suppose to be delivered few days ago. I send email to customer support (close to 5 emails) and till todate i dnt get any response and replied from there. Really disappointed

disappointing site, they would put out of stock items on the website and canceled on me few days after i placed my order, ordering 3 times so far happened to me twice already

Well I ordered two t shirts and right the instant i order i got a call from bank be careful with this site bcz there might be fraud and they asked me to cancel my card.I ordered tons of things from online but this it the first time i got a call from bank saying something like that.requested to cancel my order pls cancel it and refund 😑😑

This site is a scam. Do not buy from them. Order but never ship the items and when you canceled you will never get your refund. Scam site!!!! Avoid at all cost

It took almost 3 months before I received 4 out of 5 shirts that I ordered. I ordered two sizes up on all shirts and they still didn't fit. I have never received my fifth shirt and don't ever expect it. What a sham of a company, do-not waste your money!

I ordered a number of items from this website, but the most expencive one (a jacket) was out of stock. I contacted them through email and got an answer saying I would get a refund for the jacket. I replied to the email several weeks later explaining that I had not got any money back from them, and have not heard from them since. Now I am really frustrated because it was a lot of money, and it is NOT okay to just ghost me like that. It has been MONTHS! Also, since I am a student I really need to get that refund as soon as possible...

AVOID THIS SCAM WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS! they take your money and GHOST you. PLEASE LEARN FROM MY EXPERIENCE AND AVOID THIS SCAM WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS. Order items two months ago (I live in Japan so I was expecting fast delivery) but I did not receive any update. I even tried to cancel all my items but I got NO NEWS from them either. I've spend 200$ and i won't give up until I got my refund but do not make the same mistake as me. i will leave bad and honest review on every site and even on social media to warn everyone. Seems like this is the only way to get their attention and get your refund. I suggest everyone that has been scam to do the same thing and leave bad reviews as much as you can.

They are selling masks claiming they protect the wearer from coronavirus when they don't allow the wearer to actually breathe through the mask. The air is pulled in from around the sides, leaving the wearer completely vulnerable to whatever is in the air. Kooding's response when asked about it was this, "We are sorry to hear that you did not like the products. However, breathing around the side is normal in cotton masks with minimum air flow through the front and it does in fact protect from the virus. If you are looking for high level of protection we are soon launching KN95 masks which will allow better protection." The mask they're selling doesn't work and when you complain, they won't let you return it and instead try to sell you something else. I regret not doing more research on this company before giving them my money.

It is the most frustrated and terrible experience I have ever had to shop at KOODING ! Took over a month from purchasing day, still not shipping out yet. Contacted to customer support, feedback was two items out of stock. Then cancel the order, another almost a month waiting for the refund !! It is not a joke!

It's been over a month and the clothes I purchased are still in the "brand fulfillment" stage. I tried contacting customer service, but it's been a week and they haven't replied. Honestly, save yourself the trouble and go to a different third party retailer. It seems like most of the stuff Kooding advertises isn't ever actually available anyway.

I bought earrings but I never received them because they were out of stock. More I have not received a refund which shocked me enormously.
