I sent many emails regarding my only shipment with you so far.. Please check and reply. My shippment is about to be TERMINATED by aramex in Hong Kong as you DID NOT RESPOND TO THEIR SIMPLE REQUIREMENTS?! The requirements are very simple, it's only two pdf through email.. Just a few klicks by your keyboard.. Very simple.. Is this how you deal with customer care?! Ahmed

Partial delivery vs full payment without any comments except "out of stock". Looks like it is my problem now, not theirs. Disgusting service.

The headbands are non-returnable. One of the hair bands I ordered looks different compared to the picture. In the picture, it’s rainbow, but I received black and white. I only like one hairband. The rest are poor quality. I wish I could get a refund because I didn’t open it and won’t be wearing them.

The size chart is wrong. They should checked size chart before post it. It caused me ordered small size of Hanbok skirt but it didn't fit me at all, requested for return but you didn't respond me at all.

It took forever to the delivery despite paying shipping charges! I had ordered clothes for an event. Clothes were delivered 10days after that.

However, we noticed that your package was shipped within 3 days from the purchase date via DHL, which usually take 2-3 days to deliver. Upon checking your tracking number, we did notice DHL took longer than usual due to some air traffic and customs complications. Once again we are sorry for the inconvenience.

*** POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE *** I purchased four containers of shaving cream and realized that I purchased two of the same scent only after they sent the email confirmation and just wanted to change to a different scent. I immediately sent an email to the customer support contact and did not receive a response. After two days followed up and was told that unfortunately the order could not be modified as the shipping location does not check the emails and is in a different location and the package was already shipped. "We apologize for the inconvience"! I asked if the item can be returned once I received the item but was told NO as it is not allowed. There was definitely enough time to change the items out before shipping if the company had better internal communication and cared about the customer.

I have been trying to return an item that wasn't what I expected it to be. I first tried to return it within the return window but didn't receive any help after I submitted a return ticket through your website - I then tried to reach out to your customer support and have not received any response...now my item is out of the return window and I am extremely frustrated.
