“I would like to thank Kwik Fit for helping me out of a tight spot when I had a slow puncture due to a nail in one of my tyres. Even though I wasn’t booked in and it was near closing time, they didn’t hesitant to sort the problem quickly and efficiently enabling me to get to work next day! Thank you very much to Kiaran and the kind gentleman on the reception desk! You saved me a lot of grief! I am very happy and grateful to you both! Great service! Would highly recommend!”

“The usual excellent service from Christian and the team at Kwik Fit, Ecclesall Road, Sheffield. I have used them for years and they are absolute stars. I had a puncture caused by a large pothole in the nsf tyre this morning - Christian managed to fit us in and replace the tyre the same day. Thank you Christian and the team - you are the best!”

“In July I bought 2 new tyres from Kwik Fit. This month I realised they were low pressure. Tried to blow up but to no avail. Went to Kwik Fit Sunbury who booked me in for service 2 days later. They checked and explained the problem was wear and tear on the actual wheels with paint flakes, rust etc, preventing airtight fit. .They took tyres off and coated them to improve fit. In future wheels may need sand blasting but fine now. No charge for service! From previous experience and this occasion I completely recommend this depot.”

“David and Stevie at Forte Street Ayr were excellent . Stevie takes a little more time as he is still learning his trade, so don’t be so quick to complain. He did a grand job . “Wow - I don't often leave reviews but for the service I've received today I felt I had to! Following a puncture I discovered I had lost my wheel locking nut key. I took it to Kuik Fit in Otley and explained the situation to the manager (Mr. Taiylor Marr) who was polite, professional, respectful and very competent. I left the vehicle and within a relatively short period of time he phoned to tell me the car was ready. I was so impressed that what to me seemed a major problem had been resolved so quickly - and on a Sunday! But the most impressive aspect of this experience was the attitude and demeanour of Mr. Marr - he is a credit to your organisation!! Thank you.”

“Just wanted to say what a lovely helpful staff memberJason is at the Weston super mare centre , I urgently needed my tyre done and went to every one in Bristol , all unhelpful , some even rude ! And as motability customer who partner with KF it’s even more disappointing. But J at Weston was great , got me squeezed in within a hr and didn’t make a fuss ! Won’t go anywhere else now ! Thank you x”

“Had a nail in my tire so booked it into Kwik-fit Caterham where they plugged it. Haven’t had one before but the chap explained how it worked and why it looked raised. Really helpful guys and great service. They get a lot of bad reviews but we’ve always found them very helpful.”

“I had an appointment booked in this Saturday morning but called in to Kwik Fit West Road, Newcastle upon Tyne on Wednesday night to try and change my appointment. It was very near to closing time and Harry and Ryan managed to squeeze me in to fit two new tyres on my car, I couldn't believe my luck. They worked so hard, were both so professional, an absolute asset to the team. Thank you so much from one extremely grateful and happy customer.”

“Booked my vehicle in for an aircon recharge and possible repair on suspension. Dave and his team at Worksop were excellent in their explanation of the problem. Gave me good advice and assistance . Aircon was recharged and working well. Would definitely recommend this branch for future work”

“Flat tyre- drove into Kwikfit Dorking on Vincent Lane with 2 small children in the car and being 8 months pregnant. Very kind man instantly helped me. Found a new tyre, fitted it and had us back on the road within 15 mins. Excellent!”

“Just about to drive to London from Chichester and realised I had a nail in my tyre. Slight panic as it was Sunday afternoon! Called Kwik Fit who said just come along. Got there in five minutes and they mended my tyre in 15 minutes. They were professional and so helpful. Brian and his team are a credit to Kwik Fit. Thank you”
