“Took my car to the kwikfit garage In Bridgend where the manager Paul Watkins took my car for a service whilst there I was advised that there were some issues that needed fixing asap and my Mot was due and I asked him if any cancellations could he squeeze me in as I didn’t want to pay for repairs if it failed Mot he was more than obliging . He phoned me the next morning said there was a cancellation and then phoned to explain what it had failed on and the cost of the repairs . I explained I was a single parent and could not afford to do the advisory’s only the necessary things to pass Mot he understood and I asked if I could have my car back the next day as I needed it for a journey I was making today and he phoned me last night to say the car would be ready this morning for collection 5* customer service and communication from Paul , Rob and his team at the Bridgend branch would highly recommend this garage just for the quality of the staff alone. Collected my car promptly this morning all ready to go thank you boys you all deserve a raise .”

“I’ve been using Kwik Fit Surbiton for many years for my MOT (10-year-old car) Reception is a welcoming area and always, in my experience, attended by someone very pleasant and efficient. The inspection bays are always busy and the same staff seem to have been working there for years, so something must be working well. Generally, they are very good at timekeeping and if they say come back in an hour then the work will have been done. Very happy with the service I receive and I shall continue to use them as is necessary to have my car service and MOT. Easy to book MOT online and they offer a discounted price”

“The guys at Lexington Spa depot, Gordon,Adam,Dan and Aaron were extremely helpful to myself and my wife putting themselves out to get us back on the road after a traumatic day of getting a puncture on the road especially as we had to get to Southampton the day after for a flight to Jersey. We can’t thank them all enough for doing a great job and helping us out in the situation. Thanks Guys”

“Today's visit to KWIK-FIT at Roseburn Edinburgh was first class. Super-efficient, polite and very helpful. I needed 2 new Pirelli tyres for my Jag ----and was pushed for time. A speedy service from JORDAN and FRASER--a big thanks. I always get my tyres there and that wont change. B.Reeves.”

“During the last seven days, while driving a brand new Fiesta car collected 6 weeks ago, there have been two occasions when I have needed to turn to KwikFit in Malmesbury to replace, firstly, the near side front tyre followed 6 days later by its offside partner because both had suffered “pothole blowouts”. I cannot praise Sean and the KwikFit team enough, they pulled out all the stops, diagnosed the problems, swiftly acquired replacement tyres and had me back on the road in next to know time. Sean is courteous, friendly and efficient and manages a team that follow his lead. I would not hesitate to recommend KwikFit Malmesbury to all motorists in trouble!”

“Kwikfit Salford were amazing especially Shakil. Helpful, friendly, efficient, quick and the work came with a guarantee. My brakes needed repairs and I booked in on Sunday night for the next day which was Bank Holiday Monday and was all done and dusted by 11 am. Well done .”

“Needed new exhaust. Called KF Tonbridge about 8.45 and it was sorted by lunchtime. Efficient and pleasant to deal with. They did offer other things but I can say 'no'. Would use them again.”

“Kwik Fit Whetstone. Great customer care. Really looked after. Fast and efficient AND I wasn’t charged as the nail in my tyre had not punctured the rubber. They could easily have told me I need a new tyre so add HONEST to my list of praise!”

“Had two new types fitted to my 2017 Vauxhall vivaro at a branch in reading which included wheel balancing. The following day I was returning home to Liverpool once I got on the motorway the steering wheel started shaking quite bad,I had to drive two hundred miles with this problem.the following day booked the van into quick fit Edge lane, the manager Keith and the lads re balanced the two wheels in question,the wheels where not done properly at the reading branch.thanks to the lads at edge lane quickfit for fixing this error.”
