“Dianne was fun to chat with. We made jokes on the chat while she answered my questions and got those dudes at the warehouse to ship my sample. I spent a lot of money with you because she is so personable. Give her a raise!”

“I was delighted to find LA design Concepts. One of my laments after retiring from the interior design field was the inability to buy designer fabrics and wall coverings, etc. And then I stumbled upon LA Design Concepts, and now I can not only buy fabulous fabrics, I can buy them for a great price, as well. And, the customer service is superb. Everyone I talked with was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and just plain nice. A special shout out to Dianne who couldn’t do enough to help. Thank you.
