“Worst f’ing experience. The owner tried to mansplain geometry to me! Was shorted 1/3 yard of very expensive fabric. Ordered 72”, received 60”. Didn’t have enough fabric to make the pillows I wanted. No refund of $70 for the missing 12” of fabric or anything resembling an apology or recourse from the owner.”

“The 12 yards of fabric I received from Schumacher was only wrapped in one single plastic bag which resulted in a small tear on the bag and a stain at the end of the fabric by the time I received it. This was disappointing, as I ordered the same fabric from another fabric warehouse, and it came packaged in two plastic bags and was well protected and clean. Schumacher needs to have a mandatory requirement to use 2 bags when shipping fabrics!!!”

“LA Design Concepts has outstanding customer service. It reminds me of what customer service used to be like because when I have questions they are answered promptly and intelligently by a real person, not a computer. I have enjoyed receiving numerous, beautiful fabric swatches that I sampled on their website. My redecorating could never have been as much fun or as successful without LA Design Concepts. I recommend them 100% without reservation. A great company!”
