“Worst shopping experience ever!! They’re a scam please beware. I had the worst experience of my life. I returned an item because they sent the wrong one and they haven’t refunded it yet. They’re not responding on any of their platforms and claiming to have refunded it. And I haven't received a single penny yet. They had to refund 26,000 rupees. Their assistant manager is behind all this scam, Ive been messaging him for weeks now and he’s not responding to my queries well . He’s claiming to have refunded the amount which he hasn’t. Emails are full of lies, they send you fake tracking numbers even & then say that the delivery was unsuccessful. I confirmed with DHL they said the tracking was generated and then canceled by them, they didn’t even pick any package from them. “Ordered clothes and did not receive them for a couple months but was not surprised by that. What I was surprised by was half my order was missing but I was charged the full price. I had to wait another month to try to get a refund for the part of the order that they never bothered to send but they didn’t refund even half the amount that was due. Consequently I paid double for the merchandise I received. Never going to use this website again. Go ahead and use it if you want to pay for merchandise you will not be receiving.”

“I urge you not to purchase your bridal outfit(s) for Laam, especially if you are an international client. I am based in London, England and paid a deposit of £200 for an outfit, it has now been 8 weeks (2 months) and Laam have continued to tell me they have not received the money.
This was wired from a direct debit account and my bank has reassured me on numerous occasions that the money reached Laam’s Pakistani bank account 2 days later. So why they have been lying for 8 weeks is beyond me. I’m so disheartened at their services and lies! It’s a colossal waste of not only my money but time. I have had to start the search for a bridal outfit from scratch again. The outfit was an Ali Xeeshan, Laam was also recommended to me by Ali Xeeshan. I have told the Ali Xeeshan company to stop recommending them. In a nutshell, neither Laam nor Ali Xeeshan will accept fault or even bother to resolve your issue.
I’m seriously doubting how reputable this company is. Any upcoming bride will tell you how much £200 means to them, especially when you are trying to save as much as possible for your dream wedding. I’ve lost total faith in this company or even the idea of ordering from abroad. They told me their CEO is involved, who I haven’t heard a single word from.
My advice to any international bride, it doesn’t matter what figure they quote you to wire across. Only transfer around £10, see how long it takes them to come back to you saying they only received £10. This way you’ll know your money isn’t lost in ‘cyber space’. If your £10 reaches them that’s great, if not, you’ll feel less disheartened about losing a tenner in comparison to £200 like me.
Let’s put it this way- if a company treats you like this in the holy month of Ramadan, I don’t stand a chance in ever getting my money back, let alone a whole outfit coming through.
