“Didnt order an item, didn't receive the item and a full year later they are charging me for it. Claimed they refunded my pay pal account, however they want me to send the money?!?! if you refunded the money why would I have to pay it back? Three calls and got nowhere!Catalogs have been cancelled!!!”

“AVOID THIS COMPANY. Ordered an item, was given a USPS tracking number- was told a month later on calling Customer Service (in the Phillipines) that the item had been sent via FedEx, which smelled extremely fishy. Have been promised a replacement item but I have zero faith it will actually arrive. Reading these other reviews I'm glad I used Paypal and didn't get trapped into their "rewards program" with a card, whch I am sure is how they make most of their money.”

“TERRIBLE!!! I would give them zero stars if I could. The last two orders I placed were canceled two weeks after placing them stating the items were out of stock. Two weeks???? I called customer service three times to speak to a Manager about what happened and nobody would call me back or do anything as far as giving me something towards a future purchase except for free shipping on my next order which they offer anyways at times. And a month later my paypal funds were refunded only after talking to billing directly. Would not recommend buying from this company.”

“I placed an order with this company. I received the items and all was fine until I received my bill charging me another time $14.99 for a customer service for ordering them on a sale promo. I called and they said they are crediting my account, but the nerve of them charging me for something they say was a promo charge. Never again”

“I was charged for an order I did not approve. When I contacted the company they told me that they would send me a shipping label and I could return all the items. I told them to cancel the order since it had not been processed and it had not been approved. The company refused and told me that they would provide me with a shipping label and I could return all the items before they would refund me. Contacted my bank and was able to prove fraud. Next I will be contacting Better Business Bureau.”

“Do not buy from this company. They are a rip off. I placed an order a couple times but the last time I remembered that I was automatically signed up for a perks program that I didn't request so I was extra careful too look for the prompt. I never saw a prompt to sign up. I was still charged $14.95 per month and has to call Lakeside to cancel.”

“If you place an order and want to cancel you can't they process immediately and won't help to stop the order. Neither will they price match thus shop around. They say you can refuse when it arrives but FedEx drops it off without anyone there thus making it difficult to carry rugs back to FedEx to ship back. Customer service is no help.”

“Absolutely without a doubt the slowest shipping I have ever had to deal with when ordering from a company. I am now into my second week of “preparing to ship” status and the customer service department is rude, snotty and downright nasty when you question the delays. 10 years ago they were not like this so I don’t know what has happened but I will never order from them again.”

“Just like others, I was unaware of the MONTHLY debit for their frequent buyers group. I learned I’d been charged since ordering in 2019. Customer service promises a “full refund” in 8-10 business days. I’m eager to see if that happens. This practice is at least unethical and maybe fraudulent. $14.95/mo X 36 mo is money I can use as my fixed income is not elastic.”

“If I could give them zero stars I would. I tried canceling my order when I found out it was gonna take them 6 to 8 days just to ship it out they said they couldn't cancel. They eventually gave me a notice it was shipped but for 2 days now the tracking number is no good so I think that was just sent that email appease me. They charged me twice for the same item and they said once it's delivered they'll take the 2nd charge off I've never seen a company run so poorly I would never ever, ever, order from them again”

“I called to either cancel our change my order 5 min after making the order and they said you cannot cancel it change the order bc it was being processed in the shipping department.. Your not going to tell me it's being packed 5 min later.. Rediculous 😡”

“I like the products, I don't care that it takes 2 weeks to get an order. What I hate is dealing with what they call customer service. They don't speak English well, and I'm married to a foreigner and am accustomed to hearing an accent. I can't understand them, that are unhelpful, they repeat the same thing over and over again without even hearing the issue. And forget talking to a manager or getting the call history number.”

“Don't understand why it takes so long "preparing to ship". It's been 6 days so far. Plus I ordered enough to qualify for free shipping but when I put code in was informed my item didn't qualify for it. I wish I would have read all these reviews before ordering, and used Amazon...would have had free shipping and here in 2 days”

“Horrible customer service! I ordered a product and never received it. I eventually found out after multiple phone calls that my order was canceled because they ran out of the product. Never once did someone try to contact me and tell me the order was canceled, no email, no phone call, nothing. The only email I had from them was a confirmation email for the order. I honestly feel like this is a scam. The people I talked to, especially the last one, were extremely rude to me and could barely speak English. Be careful everyone!”

“Be careful with this website! They will take your money every month! I didn’t do subscribed but they took my money every month! I contacted them, they keep saying they will refund my money but they didn’t!!!!”
