Worst company ever. Ordered lanterns for my daughters wedding. When they weren’t going to arrive on time, we cancelled the order. They then arrived anyway, two weeks after the wedding. We then tried for a month to get shipping labels to send back the 5 giant boxes. They sent us one label that FedEx couldn’t take because it only had one tracking number. So fed up I just disposed of the lanterns. Not worth my time. Not worth yours either. Shop somewhere else!!

If I could give them a zero I would. This company is a scam. I placed an order for a file folder for my desk. After weeks of no response they finally said the item was out of stock. No problem, let's just cancel and I can find something different. The company actually enrolled me in a "perks program" without my authorization and proceeded to charge me a monthly fee of $14.95. Mind you I never received any services or products from this company. Once I realized the fees were being charged, I called to inquire and request a refund. They were quick to apologize and say they would process a refund. Great! Service rep stated processing would take 2-3 days....10 days later still no refund. So after calling them yet again they then told me the refund had been processed and to contact my bank...so I did. Come to find out the bank had not received anything from this company but actually the company tried to debit my account yet again, after I terminated and requested the refund. My bank processed a dispute and I am hopeful the money will be collected. I will NEVER order from this company and hope you beware.

Do not order from this company. There customer service is terrible and I am still trying to deal with an order. Ordered a latter bookshelf and it came without the screws to put it together. They sent two, and I tried cancelling one, and they still charged my debit card. I called them today and told them I was just sending both back. Still waiting on them to email postage labels to return items back. My bad for not checking the companies reviews. Never again!

So I used to be a HUGE fan back in the days before Amazon was big. This was like maybe 15 years ago. (Maybe 13....) But anyway I haven’t ordered anything at all since 2014. And I still get catalogs. So I placed an order because the shipping was going to be free. It’s been 6 days and my order hasn’t even processed. I called the company tonight and was told 5-7 to process and 6 to 8 to ship!!! I don’t remember it EVER taking this long in the past. And I know we are dealing with adverse times here with shortages and low employment...people out sick all of that. So yeah I can give them some grace. But 2 weeks???? Amazon still seems to make it work. I could have ordered this same item from there but it would have been $30 dollars more. So I guess if I had wanted it that bad I could have paid $79 and not $49....so it’s my fault I guess.

Received box that was damaged, attempt was made to tape it up, but it wasn’t even completely closed. The bigger problem was I received it too late for Christmas. I have called 3 times for a return label and have yet to receive a label. Will never order again & will let all friends & coworkers know not to order from this company. Never had issues in the past, but definitely poor customer service now.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I just got off the phone with "customer service" who said that a Halloween Tree that I ordered in SEPTEMBER 2021 AND THEN CANCELED THE NEXT DAY because the delivery date was mid-November was shipped and my credit card charged. A "second order that I must have placed in error" was shipped within the last week and will arrive 1/24/22. Wouldn't transfer me to supervisor, wouldn't credit account, said to return item when received. I've also been trying for over 6 months to unsubscribe from their emails and catalogs without success. If I could give this scam company a minus star I would. Today is January 15, 2022.

Ordered a small end table in about September, which was backordered. I received it late October. In November I receive an email that looks like a scam because there's a PDF invoice attached - which everyone knows you do not open when not expecting an email. I always pay for my order at the time of my order so I believed it to be a scam. A week later I start getting COLLECTION NOTICES from this company!! Turns out, they shipped out backordered items to customers and THEY FORGOT to charge people! So, they sent collection notices dinging you for being LATE with payment! They never once apologized. Last week, EXACT SAME THING happens to my elderly mother. She spent an hour on the phone with an unapologetic "customer service rep" over a $30 purchase. Clearly this was an internal error and instead of apologizing and explaining the situation, they treat you like a debtor. I will never order from here again.

Still not sure I’m even getting what I ordered. But 3 weeks later I’ve received nothing. Finally got a delivery date and it didn’t come even though I got an update that it was to be delivered today. Now it says delivery is pending?!!? Bitching will continue with FedEx!!

Purchased items totaling over $20. Returned items, but was only given $13 credit for no reason that the company can explain. When asked for the difference I was told "the refund has already been processed," so I'm cheated out of the difference. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Three weeks from ordering to receiving the product is way too long. Your order will say"processing" right away and then you can not cancel the order anymore. It will process for more than two weeks before being shipped out. Stay away from this business and stick with Amazon if you like all the services like fast shipping or being able to cancel your order!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered back in November/2021 its Christmas Eve still not received my order. Customer Service is just a name since it doesn’t exist! And they don’t let yku cancel your order - what reputable company doesn't let you cancel? Stay away this place is a scam!

Same as everyone else, sitting here Christmas eve still no package as promised by Lakeside! Made several calls to them they guaranteed my package to be here by Christmas. FedEx is saying my package is sitting in WI since Wednesday it's literally a 12 hour drive from MD they is no rhyme or reason as to why it is not here!! I ordered on Dec 4th. I blame both Lakeside and FedEx absolutely not acceptable They will never see my money again!

It's been 22 days since I placed my order and my package is still not here. It's been transferred between carriers multiple times and customer service is very unapologetic. I can get stuff to London in less than 22 days. Sad I won't have my Christmas stuff before Christmas, super disappointing I never read the reviews on this company, but test assured I will never order from Lakeside Collection again! If I could have given them zero stars I would have.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Unfortunately I didn't read reviews before ordering. I placed an order on December 4, 2021. Delivery was guaranteed by Dec 24. I contacted customer service Dec 13 because I had not received notification that the package had shipped, and was told it would ship by the end of the week. Rec'd notification on Dec 16 that a label had been created. Contacted customer service Dec 22 because Fedex said package had not been provided to them. Lakeside said Fedex would scan the label when delivery was closer. Dec 23 Fedex said package not provided by Lakeside, I should call Lakeside again. Dec 23 Lakeside said call Fedex, when told Fedex doesn't have the package, the story changed to "high volume of orders delayed shipping". When I asked to speak to a supervisor the story changed to "putting a note in my file to say the package needed to be delivered by tomorrow, Dec 24". When I pointed out to the person who said she was in the Philippines that it was over 1,000 miles from the "warehouse" in Illinois to Maine, which could not happen by tomorrow, the story changed to "no label was created". When I pointed out that both the Lakeside website and Fedex said a label was created, and I wanted to speak to someone who could tell me where the package was, the story changed to "I can re-order for you or refund your money". I requested a phone number for either the company and/or the warehouse and I was told there was no phone number. Apparently no stock was available for a re-order so I accepted the offer of a refund. Now I wait to see whether that actually happens..... I understand that shipping around the holidays is busy, but there is no excuse for this type of shell game. Even small businesses can manage shipping and good customer service.

Each item I ordered was charged a higher price than what is listed in their new Christmas catalog. One item was $18 more...The rep said the system would not let her change anything or cancel...even though it had not been shipped yet or charged to my card...What a way to run a business. She said I should call the credit card company to block it, wait for it to ship, then call the carrier to cancel. What a crock.

I placed my order back on 12/2 and didn't get a tracking number until 12/9 with an est. arrival of 12/16. No package still (12/20) and no update. Customer service barely gave me an answer other then the one I knew which was "arriving late"... some of my kids gifts will not be arriving by Christmas at this rate.

I agree with everyone ordered product one month ago received only two of my items. No communication, nothing until I got a refund ck for remaining products not received. I will never order from them again. If they cared they would read these reviews and work on their system I understand Holidays are crazy but it's a lot of bad reviews. Until they get their act straight I would not order from them as all the items they list can be found elsewhere and we all know who that is. And they are "A" mazing

My elderly mother created an order for Christmas gifts but accidentally ordered the incorrect thing. There is NO chance or process to cancel an order after it has been placed. They claim an order can't be canceled after it goes into the "processing" stage. But there is no step BEFORE processing...they will do nothing for mistakes or accidental orders. They also create a barrier for your bank so you can't challenge it in any way. So, now, here at Christmas, my mom has been left without the money she intended to use for Christmas and the things she accidentally ordered won't even be here in time. Never, EVER again will I use this company. The worst customer service I have ever encountered. They are rude and unhelpful.

Do NOT order from this company. They will give false information that your order has been sent. The order never arrives. Emails asking about your order are ignored. If you call they will deny you ever placed an order, but yet your credit card was charged & you have emails confirming the order. So of course you can't resolve the issue. I will be disputing with my credit card company. I will NEVER do business with these people again.
