Where’s the zero stars? This company is useless. My order has been pending for over a week. Never shipped. I tried to cancel via a chat since there’s no way within the account management to cancel an order. But all I got was I can’t cancel because the order is pending and please check back periodically with the confirmation number. Good Grief. Do NOT a order from Lakeside Collections.

Bad customer service. Rude. Wont cancel my order after being unable to deliver on agreed upon dates. Do not go to them

Ordered a product and then when I found out it was still preparing to ship a week later I called. I told the lady that I was talking to that I had bought this as a present and I need to have it by December 1 of 2021. I was told that they don’t cancel orders and if I had a problem with order I could just not except delivery. I asked why I could not cancel it since they hasn’t shipped it yet and they told me there’s no way they can cancel an order. I ask to speak to a manager or someone of authority and they said there was no one there they was out for the day and will be back the next day. Called the next day and I got the same response. Still four days later it has not shipped it’s still saying is being prepared to ship. The lady I spoke to both times was very unprofessional, arrogant and rude. As of this moment I would not advise anyone to buy anything from this company ever.

I placed an order on November 16th for Christmas gifts. Total of 15 items and I am only receiving 8 be ause the others were out of stock. Please dont order for them if you are planning to give Christmas presents. Dont tell customers that you have products available when it is not true. I am very disappointed with your service

Told me they would deduct my coupon code after I submitted my order as it wasnt working online. I asked if it was not deducted could I cancel the order and was told I definitely could cancel. Discount was not applied and they refused to cancel my order. Terrible customer service!

Sad to say not impressed with this supposedly "REBATE" discount service. Most rebate discounts are not worth the effort. What I really didn't like was that my bank account was charged instantly. How that happened I'm not sure. And it makes me very nervous when a company can pull money out of my account that quickly. Before I've had time to review or even blink. I will cancel and never recommend this to anyone.

sent in my order for the hanging witch on September 28th. My check cleared the bank on October 4th. I received my witch on October 30th!!! It' cute and I like it but was very disappointed I only had one day to display it! It will stop my buying from lakeside.

I ordered $193.14 worth of items in October 2021. All but one item arrived. I never received communication about the other item (a holiday mat) that never arrived. When I received the other items, there were 4 pillows that were extremely small (I thought they were couch christmas pillows, but turned out to be some mini pillow version) and so I called to get instructions on how to return $52 in pillows to them. The pillows were taken to the Post office on 10/29/21 and 18 days later, I still have not received a refund. I have emailed twice for a status with no response (last email being 6 days ago). I called today to speak with customer service, gave them my order confirm # and even though she could see my entire account / order, she said they cannot give me a refund unless I provide the tracking #. I explained my husband had looked it up, confirmed it was delivered and pitched the post office receipt assuming I had received the refund, but that I provided my account information which should be sufficient. Customer service simply said "they cannot help me or refund me without me giving them a tracking #" even though they indeed received their items back. Worst customer service ever. I will not be ordering from them again

I've been a good customer with lakeside collection.. I was told by credit express I have a 200.00 credit limit.. Lakeside will not let me use my 200.00 credit limit... I doubt I'll order from lakeside again...

I have been a loyal customer for years. Loved their products. Then I couldn’t complete my order so I called their 800 number. I had an email offer of 20% off and free shipping. I was told they could not honor it as it was an Internet special only. I found their customer service email and sent a message. It said I would hear back in 2 business days. It has been almost 2 weeks, and no replies. They just lost a good customer for POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This company is horrible. I don’t write reviews but I had to for this company so other people won’t get taken advantage of. First, they will not accept any bad reviews of items from their catalog. Customer service is comprised outsourced people who follow a script and claim there is no supervisor. They charge your credit card multiple times without your permission on things you never ordered. They claim they cannot cancel an order that’s in process so you must wait to get the order to mail it back to get a refund. A scam worthy company to say the least. Stay away!!!

Was very disappointed I pay by credit card and when I went thru the checkout it told me my credit card didn't work 2 minutes later my credit card company text saying they took out more then the order was worth plus there was no order in their system seems like a scam to me now I'm out 100$ and nothing to show for it what a rip off!!!!

I have ordered from Lakeside for years. I pay for all of my orders with a credit card. This year, fall 2021, I started receiving nasty collection emails from them! The first email had my first name and someone else's last name! They keep telling me i owe them for an order placed back in spring! (Even though again, it wasn't my last name.) i called to talk to someone and all they did was keep telling me i owe the money. I returned a bunch of my order, now it's been 2 weeks and i haven't seen a refund yet! I asked to be taken off their mailing list. I will never order from this company again.

This company will not accept a negative review, will spam you to death and even use multiple email addresses to bypass spam filters. The products carried are Chinese knockoffs not worthy of the price no matter how low. Shop around, anyplace is better than LSC.

I ordered a blanket that was supposedly to be in stock but within 2days they canceled my order without informing me of this, luckily I check my order stats everyday to find this out.. After talking to 3 customer service representatives through chat, they didn't offer much help, Just call a representative and have them deal with it. Don't bother buying anything from this company and customer service is useless. Buy from a actual place that is trusted like Target. I made a mistake trying to trust this company, don't make this mistake yourself.

Hello, I have recently made a purchase and a week later you lowered the price. I asked to be reimbursed the amount of which it had changed and was told unfortunately that can’t happen. Unfortunately as we both know, that is poor customer service and for $10 you are willing to loose a customer who could easily send out plenty of recommendations to your company. I am involved in customer service myself and we both know this is not how to deal with this situation. If you would like to handle it professionally and do what is right, let me know. Otherwise I will be sure to contact who I need to, in order to make sure the situation is handled by the state. Best of luck to your company in the short future you have left!

I too have been very disappointed with ordering from these folks. Ordered something that was going to be a gift to someone else. I don't believe the order ever shipped (never received the order), however when I called the customer service people (which was also a joke), the "recorded" message said it would be delivered on an specific date. Well, that never happened either. I kept saying "representative", thinking I would eventually get to speak to a live person. That never happened, and eventually they disconnected. I agree with those here that have offered terrible reviews. l hate to say this company is a scam, but with what I went through with them, it would appear, that's what they are. I never received the item, and must say that to my knowledge, my credit card has not been charged. Save yourself a lot of grief and don't get duped as many others have. I won't use them again.
