“Do NOT order from this company. They will give false information that your order has been sent. The order never arrives. Emails asking about your order are ignored. If you call they will deny you ever placed an order, but yet your credit card was charged & you have emails confirming the order. So of course you can't resolve the issue. I will be disputing with my credit card company. I will NEVER do business with these people again.”

“Over promise and under deliver on the delivery!! Don’t ever believe what a Supervisor tells you or promises you because it isn’t true! Supervisor won’t even take your call to defuse the situation and try to make things right with the customer!!! Never doing business with them again!!!”

“I orded items a month before Christmas and it almost Christmas and they have yet to be delivered. Delivery is very slow. I am disappointed in there shipping 😕.”

“Wish I would have read reviews before ordering, has been 2 weeks, "preparing to ship"??, haven't responded to any emails, will never order again, hugely disappointed, do not recommend, poor customer service”

“As with so many other Lakeside customers - it has been three weeks since I placed my order and I still have NOT received it. So, the gifts I had ordered will not make it on time to those I intended them for, as the shipping cutoff date (to arrive by Christmas) is today. The ads from Lakeside are so enticing - but buyer make sure you have plenty of time to wait for your items to get to you. Perhaps order now for next Christmas! :)”

“I placed an order 11/26/2021. I emailed about the order status on 12/10 and never received a reply. Today, 12/15/2021 I called to cancel the order because it STILL hasn’t shipped and they refused to do that as well. Complete waste of time and money. Will be returning box to sender when it arrives.”

“U have refused to show my experience! So I guess that means u are run by lake side! That's ok . Tomorrow will begin bomb of and unsubscribe of lakeside! So sad! Should be trying to fix the problems and not prevent or stop the complaints!”

“This is the worse place I have dealt. Placed an order over a month ago and still not received it. The don't know anymore than I do. Just keep telling me I'm guaranteed to receive my order. Will not give a refund until I receive it and will not let me talk with management. If I could rate less than one star than I would. Never again!”

“Well, by reading all these reviews and what was listed in the BBB site, I have decided to avoid the hassle and NOT place any orders with this company!!! “It takes forever for LSC to ship any orders. It has been 11 days now and all the status of my order keeps saying is preparing to ship. Preparing to ship. I am so tired of reading that everyday.”

“I placed an order on Nov. 30th for Christmas presents. Dec. 10th has rolled around and my order still hasn't shipped. I called customer service and only got the automated menu. When prompted to select 0 I was hung up on. When speaking with the live chat they just state I will be emailed when my order will be shipped. I will never order from this company again.”

“TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They cancelled my order without any notice. After calling 3 times, being transferred numerous times and put on hold for over 2 hour, still no one could tell me why my order was canceled. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told no and was then hung up on. I have never experienced such a terrible company. My order was over $600 and still they have no respect or consideration for their customers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They don't deserve a penny of your money.”

“Order placed almost 2 weeks ago and still in "Processing" status. Called customer service to cancel and they indicated they could not since it's in processing status. I mean, isn't it always in processing status from order to ship???? Ridiculous and unacceptable. This retailer always takes forever to ship and I will never order from them again!”

“Placed two orders on the same day. First order, one of the items were canceled and the rest of it shipped immediately. For the second order, which had 8 items, 10 days later still says preparing to ship. Called customer service and waited 20 minutes before speaking with a representative. I asked her why it’s been 10 days since I ordered and it’s still preparing to ship? She says let me check on that and of course, we were disconnected. Called back again and waited 25 minutes before hanging up. Naturally, all the items in this order are Christmas gifts that I need to send myself. This was my first, and definitely, my last order with Lakeside Collection.”

“Lakeside is very slow at shipping. The return policy is not Fair or good. They won't let you return with out charging a ridiculous price. The call center is still loud you can't hear the person you are talking too. I will never buy from them again. Poor customer service all the way around.”

“Too bad you cant give a zero, they have no sense of urgency and do not care about customer service. I placed a HUGE order and paid for 3-5 day shipping to get a few days before a company Christmas party. Called for days and was told every day it was in process. I was then told it would be here today, told it would be next week, told because I am in Texas it will actually take 6-8 days. I asked to cancel the order since it will arrive arrive a week after the party and they said it is impossible to cancel the order. They have lost a HUGE account!!!!!! This place is a big ripoff. Do yourself a favor and go to another site.”
