“Placed two orders on the same day. First order, one of the items were canceled and the rest of it shipped immediately. For the second order, which had 8 items, 10 days later still says preparing to ship. Called customer service and waited 20 minutes before speaking with a representative. I asked her why it’s been 10 days since I ordered and it’s still preparing to ship? She says let me check on that and of course, we were disconnected. Called back again and waited 25 minutes before hanging up. Naturally, all the items in this order are Christmas gifts that I need to send myself. This was my first, and definitely, my last order with Lakeside Collection.”
“Lakeside is very slow at shipping. The return policy is not Fair or good. They won't let you return with out charging a ridiculous price. The call center is still loud you can't hear the person you are talking too. I will never buy from them again. Poor customer service all the way around.”
“Too bad you cant give a zero, they have no sense of urgency and do not care about customer service. I placed a HUGE order and paid for 3-5 day shipping to get a few days before a company Christmas party. Called for days and was told every day it was in process. I was then told it would be here today, told it would be next week, told because I am in Texas it will actually take 6-8 days. I asked to cancel the order since it will arrive arrive a week after the party and they said it is impossible to cancel the order. They have lost a HUGE account!!!!!! This place is a big ripoff. Do yourself a favor and go to another site.”
“I ordered an item through Target that is sold and shipped by this company. The order was placed on November 21st with a delivery date of December 1st. I am still waiting on my order and the tracking number just says it it pending. No tracking update. Don't know if it has shipped or not. I am not sure why Target would associate with this company from reading the other reviews”

I tried to cancel via a chat since there’s no way within the account management to cancel an order. But all I got was I can’t cancel because the order is pending and please check back periodically with the confirmation number. Good Grief.

“Ordered a product and then when I found out it was still preparing to ship a week later I called. I told the lady that I was talking to that I had bought this as a present and I need to have it by December 1 of 2021. I was told that they don’t cancel orders and if I had a problem with order I could just not except delivery. I asked why I could not cancel it since they hasn’t shipped it yet and they told me there’s no way they can cancel an order. I ask to speak to a manager or someone of authority and they said there was no one there they was out for the day and will be back the next day. Called the next day and I got the same response. Still four days later it has not shipped it’s still saying is being prepared to ship. The lady I spoke to both times was very unprofessional, arrogant and rude. As of this moment I would not advise anyone to buy anything from this company ever.”

“Told me they would deduct my coupon code after I submitted my order as it wasnt working online. I asked if it was not deducted could I cancel the order and was told I definitely could cancel. Discount was not applied and they refused to cancel my order. Terrible customer service!”
“Sad to say not impressed with this supposedly "REBATE" discount service. Most rebate discounts are not worth the effort. What I really didn't like was that my bank account was charged instantly. How that happened I'm not sure. And it makes me very nervous when a company can pull money out of my account that quickly. Before I've had time to review or even blink. I will cancel and never recommend this to anyone.”

“The reason that I gave them 2 stars rather 1 is because I happened to like the products and I found the pricing lower than most. What I DID NOT like was being signed up to their "Lakeside Perks" plan without my consent. My card was charged $14.95 twice before I figured out that it was from them because I had ordered some products from them one time several months in the prior! It's too bad that they are not a reputable company because I would have ordered more from them.”
“I ordered $193.14 worth of items in October 2021. All but one item arrived. I never received communication about the other item (a holiday mat) that never arrived. When I received the other items, there were 4 pillows that were extremely small (I thought they were couch christmas pillows, but turned out to be some mini pillow version) and so I called to get instructions on how to return $52 in pillows to them. The pillows were taken to the Post office on 10/29/21 and 18 days later, I still have not received a refund. I have emailed twice for a status with no response (last email being 6 days ago). I called today to speak with customer service, gave them my order confirm # and even though she could see my entire account / order, she said they cannot give me a refund unless I provide the tracking #. I explained my husband had looked it up, confirmed it was delivered and pitched the post office receipt assuming I had received the refund, but that I provided my account information which should be sufficient. Customer service simply said "they cannot help me or refund me without me giving them a tracking #" even though they indeed received their items back. Worst customer service ever. I will not be ordering from them again”

“I have been a loyal customer for years. Loved their products. Then I couldn’t complete my order so I called their 800 number. I had an email offer of 20% off and free shipping. I was told they could not honor it as it was an Internet special only. I found their customer service email and sent a message. It said I would hear back in 2 business days. It has been almost 2 weeks, and no replies. They just lost a good customer for POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.”
“This company is horrible. I don’t write reviews but I had to for this company so other people won’t get taken advantage of. First, they will not accept any bad reviews of items from their catalog. Customer service is comprised outsourced people who follow a script and claim there is no supervisor. They charge your credit card multiple times without your permission on things you never ordered. They claim they cannot cancel an order that’s in process so you must wait to get the order to mail it back to get a refund. A scam worthy company to say the least. Stay away!!!”
“Was very disappointed I pay by credit card and when I went thru the checkout it told me my credit card didn't work 2 minutes later my credit card company text saying they took out more then the order was worth plus there was no order in their system seems like a scam to me now I'm out 100$ and nothing to show for it what a rip off!!!!”
