“Ordered product and then found out I was being billed 14.95 per month for something I never knew I signed up for or used. I paid 6 months. Very deceptive and I should have read reviews before I ordered. Looks like they have been doing this for along time to numerous people based on reviews. Fighting to get a refund. Never order from them again. BBB ratings do not include these reviews. A rating a joke. I better get a refund.”
“Most of the reviews on here from people who don't pay attention when they check out. They're very clear about the $14.95 program after you check out and what you need to do to keep it or cancel it. It's very simple, read people! You can claim $10 back on your purchase by agreeing to the 7 day trial. If you don't want to keep it (which I didn't) you simply log in to your account and click CANCEL.
Oh my God, that's was sooooo hard. It's cancels literally immediately without taking to anyone and I still get my $10 rebate. Can't sit there and get all mad and buty hurt over a charge when it's you that aren't paying attention. Be smarter people.”

“So sick of the high shipping costs from this company. They make you order a certain amount in order to get free shipping, so forget about saving money on something. I ordered a comforter for my granddaughter for Xmas today with another item, but of course they have the free shipping limit so high that I have to pay for shipping. They show how much I supposedly saved, but the shipping price is almost as high as what I "saved today". I think I am done with all these companies that can't give us a break on outrageous shipping costs. Rip off companies that are so greedy can keep their stuff. There are plenty of other places to find the same thing with free shipping on a lower amount.”
