“Shame on me too...I just realized they've been charging me $14.95 monthly for a YEAR for absolutely no reason. I would NOT have signed up for such a dumb upside down refund plan. My advice is to stop your card they have on file and get a new one issued. I'm never getting back that money, I'm sure. But I won't order from them again, no matter how many catalogs they send.”

“loved this company. They always seem to have unique items. I noticed a charge for $14.95 when I hadn't ordered anything. When I called I was told I signed up for the Lakeside Collection Perks. I did not sign up for it. I have ordered numerous times and never had this problem. They nicely refunded the $14.95 but I do not like them sneaking in a membership fee I'll never buy anything from them again.”

The first time I called, their system hung up on me, the second time I called they said they would ship the piece, the third time I called they said they would just replace the entire item and the fourth time I called I was told to call Walmart directly and that they would send my request off to a specialist. It's been FIVE MONTHS!!! I still don't have the piece or a replacement. I will never order from this company again through Walmart or otherwise.”

“This was disappointing . The prices are too good to be true because they added a "monthly membership" fee more that covers the discounts offered. I am I sticking with Amazon only. Businesses beware, a few good items here and there is not worth the added built in fees. The should tell you up front that your are purchasing a membership. “This for sure has been the worst online shopping I’ve made! I ordered an item at about 10pm, on a week day. The morning after, I called them asking if they would cancel me order (change of mind,) the CSR told me that it was in the process of shipping. What? How is that even possible! Finally, this past week I received an email informing me that the item was shipped. I verified via UPS, It said the delivery would be Friday. On a Thursday evening, I verified again, stating that it will be delivered this coming Tuesday! I verified on Friday to confirm, and yes, it changed to Tuesday. I sent them an email to them, asking of why and how this happened. As of today, I have not received a response. The ONLY reason I did not go through canceling this order, is that the item was $16 and these “crooks,” would have subtracted the $7 for returning the item to them. I WILL NEVER, EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! Horrible!”
“I placed an order in December and one of the little ceramic Christmas trees doesn't have the door on the bottom. I sent a letter to Lakeside hoping to get another little door. Never heard from them. I should not have to pay to return the tree. Sending another letter tomorrow.
