Avoid avoid avoid this disgusting company with no morals. The fullflex is fake, the refund policy is a sham and the change of flights is a con! Booked a flight Heathrow to Islamabad on lastminute.com for approximately £750 with fullflex (if u want to cancel you get 90% voucher with no questions asked). OUTGOING Had to change outgoing date so asked for fullflex 90% back. They gave £510 (68%) voucher saying fullflex is for 90% of flight and doesn't include taxes etc. What a joke. RETURN LEG 4 days before the return, rang to delay the return leg. Lastminute.com said because you have fullflex there are no fees or charges, we will only charge for any change in ticket price after we have spoken to the airline. After lots of chasing, 3 days later (day before flight), they rang back and said the difference in flight will be £947 which is the airlines costs and if you don't accept you are in your final 24 hours so we can't change anything else. You are having a laugh!! This is more than a return and has Left me in a right mess. I explained I can book a single ticket on British Airways website for less than 1/4 of the price. They said no this is the price that will be charged. I was livid and cut them off. CONCLUSION I rang British Airways and explained. They charged £39 for the exact same flight for which I was being charged £947 by lastminute.com who were trying to make me desperate. Dispicable. Dont know what use lastminute.com are, should have booked directly with the airline.

My hotel was closed, due to the pandemic and my booking was cancelled. 4 months later, after numerous emails, and attempts to phone them, I still have no refund. I am being completely ignored, just receiving a generic 'your refund is being processed' email. Disgusting level of customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I would not rate this company even 1 star, but I wasn't able to do that here. NEVER book anything through Lastminute.com as they are a despicable company with appalling if no customer service! I booked a return trip consisting of 3 flights each way and when one of these flights was cancelled they refused to book me an alternative flight, having first given me the option to do so. As a result I was unable to travel on the day my booking was for, because I was not allowed to board my 2 ongoing flights either. They have far too much control with your flight schedules. I had to rebook and pay for all 3 flights the next day and when 2 of my return flights were also cancelled, they insisted that they were still operating, despite it being announced on the national news. The lies I was told in their emails are outrageous. I made over 20 phone calls and sent over 20 emails to their 'so-called' customer care, which were all a complete waste of my time and money. Lastminute should be stopped from trading altogether!

They impose an insurance on my flight which i cancelled within 20 minutes of the booking. Since the 15th of December, i have called the customer service more than 10 times they will give different stories. This is total Scam. Daylight rubbery. Stay away from this company

Had to cancel my trip due to covid, only to be told i couldnt get a refund, despite the government restrictions on flying. Their customer service is as much use as a chocolate teapot, actually less useful as you could eat a chocolate teapot

Booked a trip prior in Jan 2020 for Nov 2020 however due the the pandemic I was unable to travel Have received a refund for the hotel and transfer but still having issues getting a refund for the flights! British Airways are always really helpful when I call but because it wasn't booked direct with them I'm always pointed back to the worst customer service in the world! LM always fob the problem off to BA but when I tell them I've already spoken with them, the story changes and I'm told different information! BA have issued a travel voucher however this has to be used through LM telephone booking service rather than direct with BA or online with LM - When I call LM, they again try to fob it off to BA and then tell me and when I give them the BA information I'm then told someone from the sales department will call me. This has got to be the most incompetent company I have EVER dealt with and the staff are so unfriendly and unhelpful its unreal!

My flight was cancelled in July 2020 and Lastminute.com have held my refund since then arguing that until the airline refunds them they won't refund me. In september they told me the process could take up to 2 months. We're in January and still no update. Can't get through on the phone. As a single mother in such difficult times I definitely needed the money from the refund and feel disgusted by the way Lastminute.com are treating me.

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!! Customer service they have definitely NOT got!!! When there is a problem they just close the door on you . If you book a holiday and something goes wrong do not expect a refund and say goodbye to your money . They just don’t want to know . No wonder why they went bust and now set up as cowboys . Please please people choose a reputable company because these muppets won’t be around forever.

Lastminute will not allow customers to contact them via phone or Email. They have had my money since January last year. No refund given for cancelled flights due to Covid19. They are scum. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

If you book with last minute and receive an email from the charlatans saying your trip has been scrapped due to the airline cancelling your flight, do yourselves a favour and check with the airline that this is true before asking for a refund. Lastminute outright lied to me and said the airlines cancelled my flights and urged me to request a refund as a result; instead I boarded my flights as, unlike lastminute, they aren't actually a bunch of nasty, conniving little thieves

My flight was canceled due to COVID. Lastminute promised to issue a refund. For 1,5 months the refund has been in "processing" status and no money sent to my account. The support of Lasminute.com only repeats "we are processing your request, you will receive your refund as soon as possible". This is literally it. Not saying anything else. No money, no information about the current status of the refund, no estimations on the refund.

Our flight to Palma was cancelled by BA 7 weeks before the date due but we were never told by anyone at last minute that the flight was cancelled. Since then 3 1/2 months ago we have still not had our money back despite emails, phone calls etc. this is disgraceful and nobody deserves to be treated this way as paying customers! We will never use this company again and the public should boycott the company. The company have made it so difficult to contact them and do not acknowledge our emails and calls. So dissatisfied

This is such a rubbish company. People should definitely avoid them. Been trying to get a refund for over 1 year now and they just use different reasons to delay it. Will never ever choose them again. If there are zero star, i will go for it.

I would give this pathetic company -5 stars if it were possible!! My flight bookings were refunded to them by Jet2 at the end of July (and I have proof of this). Despite at least 15 phone calls and emails to their useless Customer Services I am still being told I have to wait. I’m sure they are so stupid that they cannot deviate from their script and so I’m told exactly the same thing every time I call! They have my money and are holding on to it...that is the bottom line and it is, at the very least, dishonest. I will be taking this further.😡

If i could give 0 stars i would! Absolutely rubbish customer service! Dont book with them! My advice is Book direct with the airline and hotel! As an agency during covid they have been rude and extremely unhelpful. We booked to go to Abu dabi in October half term (we made the booking in February before covid). Abu dabi were not allowing tourists to enter the country during October 2020 due to covid restrictions. The flight company policy was to refund us but as we booked through last minute we had to request the refund through them. YES WE HAD TO REQUEST THE REFUND! They were happy to just keep our money. Finally after 2 months of complaint, calling, and emailing them we have finally received confirmation that we can have a refund but not in full!! No!! Lastminute kept their cut!! Im disgusted and appalled by their customer service team who all but laughed at loud at our situation, and wouldn't put me through to the person who was actually dealing with our request to cancel! One guy even lied about not know who was dealing with it, and then let it slip later in the conversation that he did know!! I will never ever book with them again!!

The most horrible service and customer service! Bought a ticket on a Sunday afternoon tried to cancel it on next day on Monday morning the booking was not confirmed by LastMinute.com the agent on the phone said I couldn’t cancel it because the booking was not yet confirmed by them and I asked twice how long would I have to cancel it once confirmed by them, the agent said 72h. Booking was confirmed on the same afternoon tried to cancel on evening online on my bookings, received message it was not possible because my flight was within 24h which was not true, since my flight was within 3 weeks and when I called on next day (Tuesday) because they don’t provide a customer service on the phone for the evening period, they said it was not possible to cancel it anymore and receive a refund. I open the claim saying that their agent said the 72h and that I have tried to cancel it twice on Monday and was not possible because first the booking was not confirmed by them and online gave this wrong message. Claim is open from more than 3 weeks and I never received a return from them. I always speak on the phone with agents who cannot provide me with any correct information nor any update about my claim! Terrible service and misleading company!! Never again!

We could not go on holiday due to covid 19 but last minute.com didn't want to help instead want us to loose 80% by cancelling. Staff on the phone were not helpful at all. Will never use these again terrible company and terrible staff.
