“Products always perform as described by the Lawnsmith. Great service and the support communication and videos are brilliant.
I always go to the Lawnsmith for advice and information. It’s the best 👏”
“Have shopped with Lawnsmith for some time. Their service is always good. I get a monthly update for what to do with the lawn, which is helpful. There is plenty of information on their website about grass seed, fertilisers etc. Having ordered our grass seed from them a few years ago, we always order our Spring/Summer and our Autumn/Winter fertilisers from them.
Keep up the good work guys, we would recommend you every time”
Thank you for your kind feedback! Glad to hear that our monthly updates and guides are helping you keep your lawn in great shape. We appreciate your trust in us and our products! 😊⭐
“I find it difficult to work out the dilution rate of Ferrous Sulphate for killing moss. Why can't you just state how much to use for moss killing using a 10 litre watering can or prorata for different size watering cans ?”
Thanks for your question, Tim. Per 100m2, we recommend using 50g of product, with 10L of water in your watering can. If you have any further questions, please get in touch at customersupport@lawnsmith.co.uk.
“Great instructions on how to approach seeding a lawn. Good value products, easy to use and hopefully will see my new lawn flourish!
Arrived quickly and well packaged.”
Thanks for taking the time to share this. I’m sorry to hear you’re struggling this year with moss. If you’d like, tell us what you’re seeing (weed/moss growth, patchiness, timing, product usage) and we can share some general guidance to help.
“Excellent website with great quality, value for money products and with a comprehensive range of helpful, easy to understand lawn care videos. Quick deliveries too!”
“I found all the recommendations and tips to have a green lawn on their website! They also have a range of different products for different types of soil.”
“Usual good choice and availability of lawn related products that work. This time however one item was missing on delivery and although it was almost certainly the courier the Lawnsmith customer support team immediately shipped a replacement without question, including updating over a weekend so not only great products but exceptional customer service as well”
