Door didn't arrive. No one answers fone.nearly £ 1500 losing.. never use this company

Doors didn't arrive can't get through to customer services. E mail to their help services will not go through. After reading reviews for this company I am very wortied about getting a refund.

Ordered doors the end of March to be delivered the 19th of April so I had a few weeks to arrange time off work and a joiner. Doors never arrived! Near impossible to get through to customer services and emails are ignored. Looking at the rest of these reviews it looks like I’ll have to get PayPal involved for a refund. AVOID!

This company is a joke, see for yourself, try phoning them or see if you ever get a response from someone who as had even a couple of days of education. They have failed to refund for an item I have cancelled as the delivery was supposed to be immediate and now will be 2 months, they ignore you, they don't answer the phones. Go elsewhere, you willingly be disappointed

Still waiting for our doors failed to deliver - terrible company never answer emails or telephone calls - how are they allowed to trade.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Arranged a delivery date , took a day off work especially , doors failed to arrive, eventually got through to a person with a very bad attitude in customer service to be told they were out of stock,and would arrive the following week, luckily they arrived yesterday ! However they failed to send the pair maker , hinges or handles that I had also bought at the same time , resulting in me yet again having to cancel the joiner booked for installation . I tried all day via various methods to contact leader doors, they don’t answer the phone, they don’t respond to e-mails or messenger chats, they are in fact totally useless as a company and should not be allowed to trade . They are fraudulent, incompetent criminals !!!

DO NOT BUY WITH THEM!!!! There's no after sale customer service at all. There's no number to call (check their website - no number provided), their chat is switched off all the time (check the website), they only respond to email they want to respond. We have received louvre doors (with long delay, despite website stating these are in stock), the we found then very badly made, not glued properly, badly painted and damaged in several places. We are now trying to get the returned but it is almost impossible to get in touch with anyone. So will wait few more days and open chargeback claim with my bank. Do NOT make the same mistake we made.

Are we talking about the same company? Ordered a louvre door which was damaged upon delivery (might have happened in transit, but don't know for sure). Contacted LEADER DOORS by email and supplied the requested photos. Within 2 hours received an email back accepting responsibility and confirming that a replacement had been ordered and would be delivered within 4 days - it arrived on time. Five stars for customer service but one given 4 stars because the original door was damaged.

Do Not Use Similarly to many others (wish I'd read the reviews before using) this company make false promises over available stock to encourage your order and payment. Having made full payment I waited to the suggested supply date and had no contact. I stood down the tradesman I had waiting. Having contacted Leader doors I was told the issue was with their supplier XL Joinery and was given a new suggested availability date. That came and went and no surprise not a hint of communication from Leader Doors. On phoning I was given the same delay story with another future date. I asked to escalate and was advised that Customer services Manager Susan would call back on a scheduled call back at 11 am that day. Guess what? No call back. Excuse after excuse and truly awful customer service. I decided to cancel my order and ask for a full refund and was advised that may take up to 5 days too. Please avoid this company and read all the reviews before parting with your money.

Terrible company. Took a lot of money off my for a number of doors, then told me 2 months later they didn't have them and it took me weeks to get a refund after constantly emailing them and having to report it through PayPal. Terrible customer service.

So not helpful told my order day phoned on day to confirm Nope full of. ...It Phoned again at 5 PM Sorry not delivering today Friday maybe Monday as we don't deliver on the weekend. Cheers for a wasted day Also told them I had a carpenter booked for Monday I was advised not to do that incase the doors arrived damaged OMG Really looking forward to Monday if they decide to deliver Never again

Avoid like the plague - like all the others on here they took my money, didn’t deliver the products for 6 months and can never get in touch with customer service. I have had to go through my credit card to get my money back. Scam company.

I am experiencing appalling customer service with leader doors!..... a door frame was never delivered, I have spent hours on online chats, firstly in December trying to get a date when the frame would be delivered and after two weeks when it never arrived I have again spent hours online trying to recover the refund which is 6 weeks overdue. Covid was given as an excuse but Leader still seem very adept and efficient at taking orders but for some reason not refunds!.... have now resorted to opening a case with Paypal.

Door took far longer to arrive then dates given. Customer service slow (if reply even came) and evasive. Spent far to long trying to get answers in the end used Resolver (Martin Lewis Website). Door when it finally appeared was fine.

waited over 2 months for doors ordered and after extensive attempts to contact the company was told the doors were not available. I am still waiting for a refund/

Horrendous customer service. After two months I finally received my money back after PayPal stepped in. Many many false promises and not a door in sight. Refused to refund £700 order. COWBOYS. USE AT YOUR PERIL.

Total sham do not buy anything from this company I can honestly say if you do you will only go through the Same process as everyone else who has commented save yourself the pain and shop elsewhere I’m 7 weeks in no doors and no refund absolutely a waste of time

Avoid ordering from this company unless you are happy to spend endless hours sending emails which are ignored. Their advertised returns policy is not adhered to, they are clearly struggling and after waiting for a refund for weeks on end I can only assume they are in deep trouble as a company. The quality of products is very poor hence the need to return, their customer service leaves much to be desired and overall an extremely poor service. One star feels generous.

SCAM COMPANY! ordered 15 doors on October 15th with earliest delivery date 13th November (already not great but I can accept a long delivery wait) was contacted late afternoon THE DAY BEFORE DELIVERY that half of my order was ‘out of stock’ and they basically just said ‘what do you want to do about it’ no help, no apology just seemed like this was normal! Obviously I was not happy having lined up a carpenter to fit these doors the following week and having spent nearly £2k and waited a month for these doors! So cancelled the order as I didn’t want half of the doors and would have to go elsewhere to find replacements. I asked for a refund which they said yes to and said that due to ‘COVID’ it would take longer for a refund (baring in mind they have had our money for a month already) so I waited..and waited and waited and no refund, and they stopped answering emails too so in the end we had to get the banks fraud team to ensure we didn’t have to pay that, luckily we used a credit card. I’m just absolutely appalled at this it’s without a doubt the WORST company I have ever dealt with and it seems that they just had no intention of every delivering any product and are using customers money to help with cash flow! Awful company and absolutely no customer service I would highly recommend avoiding this company if you actually want to receive any product or service
