About Le Chameau:

Le Chameau are the only rubber boots to be handmade by a single master bootmaker, each pair is unique. Using the highest quality materials and with a range of iconic and innovative styles, Le Chameau Maîtres Bottiers have been making our boots by hand for over 90 years. Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

“witam kupiłem buty ale musiałem je zamienić bo były w łydce za wąskie, niestety sklep nie może wymienić samego towaru ale odsyła pieniądze i całą transakcje trzeba powtórzyć więc przy sumie 350 eu. mój bank pobiera 32,50 eu. prowizji więc musiałem dwa razy zapłacić. Gdyby sklep nie odsyłał pieniędzy tylko wymienił towar klienci nie musieli by płacić podwójnej prowizji przy wymianie na inny rozmiar”

“My Cham's have the zips , after just a couple of years the zips fail, My son and his girlfriend have had the same with their zip as well . disappointing when you consider the price .”

“Ordered three pairs of boots from Le chameau USA . One pair was wrong size so I reached out by telephone to get a replacement pair with a return label for the incorrect pair they sent me. A very unhelpful person named Brenda told me they don’t do that and hung up on me. So I returned all three pair. I won’t do business with them again if it means having to deal with her. They should sell there whole product line through someone else like Amazon even because they don’t understand customer service very well. It is too bad because I have enjoyed their boots a lot in the past but I don’t treat people that way and I won’t be treated that way.”

“Good shopping experience with good images of the product, easy to view size guides and straightforward checkout process. Delivery was efficient too and items well packaged.”

“Overall, good. I think they'd be even better with more arch support. They're better for colder months, as your feet can get quite sweaty in them. I also wish the size guide had centimeter measurements. I went with my normal size and it was fine, but it could have gone so many different ways. Size guides with measurements would fix this.”

“Very easy to return and exchange products to get the correct size via consumer service! Very well-made boots and supple leather as described! However, unfortunately, the more affordable versions are not made to fit women with smaller calf sizes. I would love to own a pair as they seem durable and long-lasting, but after two returns decided that they are not made for petit fits. If ever they come out with a new product line - or even kids sizes that are made to fit small adults, I will certainly give Le Chameau another go!”

“These boots are it! I have informed everyone who will listen to get these boots. Not only are they stylish, but they are made well and keep you warm. I’m typically a 7-8 in shoes, so I went with the 7.5, but they are a little big. I need to double up on socks to make them work (can’t return them as I already took them out for a spin), but I’ll know for next time. I plan to get a pair for summer when working in the garden c”

“Wir als Familie wünschen uns einen Stiefel wie diesen aber für Mädchen in Größe 35 und größer!!! Unsere Tochter ist 10 Jahre alt und hat Schuhgröße 37/38. Mädchen in dem Alter haben aber idR dünnere Waden als Frauen. Super schade dass dann dieses Damen -Modell nicht passt, die Wadenweite ist doppelt so groß wie ihr Bein. Leider gibt es die Kinder-Modelle nur bis Größe 35. Viele Grüße, Familie Wüstner”

“My second pair. Lightweight, perfect for fall and spring weather. Fit is good, but I might have gone up a size to accommodate heavyweight socks. Four stars because I don't know how well they will hold up. Going to take good care of them, rinse off mud and store properly when not using to extend their life.”
