“Obviously we have many complaints about the queues at Leeds Bradford airport on the 14th May. The staff did there best. More planning was needed to guide the masses of people snaking their way slowly through the queues to board. The patience was amazing from many worrying about catching their flight. Jet 2 sent word to our queues to say that our plane would wait for us. This info brought calm. On returning from our holiday to Leeds Bradford,we were disgusted to find the state of dumped litter about the airport. ...after being in Spain,where an army of spanish workers cleaned forever their country and airport.”

“Omg got there 3 hours early and was still in the queue with only minutes to spare. Only one security line open for 5 departing flights. CHAOS…. Poor people with kids etc…very very stressful…Manchester next time 😒”

“Checking in luggage excellent, going through security arduous, time consuming and frustrating. No consideration given to families with young children or babies, result not enough time for a meal before boarding. We did try, but one person dispensing drinks and taking meal orders, pathetic!”

“Leeds Bradford seems incapable of planning it's immigration desks. You can often be left waiting over an hour to go through passport control. It's like it's a massive surprise that a plane lands at your airport. To leave people stood for an hour, with no welfare facilities is disgraceful. Avoid this airport at all cost”
