Nothing to add to what's already been said - ordered a bike for our kid's birthday and absolutely zero comms. Phone permanently engaged. Bunch of cowboys I guess, planning to ask money back and look elsewhere. Waste of time and energy.

Do not use. Placed an order for £1099 on 13/7. No item received. No reply to emails. Not answering the telephone. Worst customer service ever. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!!!!!!

Shocking firm to shop with. They take your money and then source the items. They don’t answer phones and take days to respond to emails. Fed up waiting for our awning carpet and having done 2 trips without it we cancelled by email and asked for our money back. Three days later we had an email apologising for poor customer service followed half an hour later by email saying it had been dispatched! We had to delay our holiday and cancel campsites booked. Today it was supposed to be delivered between 9and 10. Here we are 12 with 6 hour journey ahead of us towing a caravan and no sight of it. Cannot imagine why they think it’s ok to dispatch items week after order taken when they sell outdoor equipment and people will be wanting equipment for trips away. Totally hopeless and shambolic.

Poor service, no access to anyone, just computer generated 'case numbers'. Unacceptable delay on delivery and collections. Collection dates missed twice. Request to speak to manager not actioned.. instead a customer service person made a list of excuses. All the hallmarks of a mis-managed or unmanaged company. Even the promised measley £10 compensation for the massive inconvenience of chasing and 2 dozen e-mails, not given..probably forgot.

I placed an online order 5 weeks ago, I received a confirmation email to say they were experiencing delays with couriers could be a few extra days, but nothing since. Can never speak to anyone on phones, we chat disabled, do not respond to an email chasing. Suppose now I will need to instruct credit card company to recover the money. This company appears to be a complete shambles at the moment!

Although they claim to have items in stock, they don’t. Instead they order from wholesaler. So ordering times can be weeks if not months but they’ve taken your money. They don’t answer their phones and don’t respond to emails. Grossly incompetent at best. Only way I got service was to make a claim through PayPal.

Ordered 3 items that were showing in stock with a delivery time of maximum 6 days. That was on July 7th! Money taken at time of order and no sign of our goods. Emailed a week ago saying we required goods for our holidays and if they are unable to supply we request a refund. Just the automated response at time of emailing. Unfortunately, think we have been tricked. Will go through credit card company for assistance.......do not reccomend one to purchase from this company.

Took money supplied one of two items ordered. Don’t answer phones. Answer emails sporadically. Been waiting over a month for a refund. Have been to cab who have advised trading standards I will pursue this. Please do not give money to these scammers.

Took my £825 for a heki3 roof light, no despatch, no response, do not answer phone, do not reply to emails, after 1 week. this company is a fraud, I intend to go to trading standards, I wish I had read the reviews before paying. This is a must avoid at all costs. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE. please don't buy from this company, they are fake, please read all reviews on here and Google, and trustpilot, first. 1 star is too high, should be zero.

Ordered bike on 28 of June . Trying to call them. Write email's. They said not in stock, they will send other bike. The other bike never comes. Try to get refund but no answer. Please avoid this company.

2 minutes ago Abysmal company. Still trying to get the balance of my outstanding order from the 18th May. They don't know what they are doing or what they have sent. Apologised and told me they will send the outstanding item but received nothing. Will never buy from them again.

I so wish I had read the reviews prior to purchase. It ordered was showing In stock, ordered, email confirmation 3-5 days delivery. 3+ weeks and still no delivery, they Initially responded to emails even allowing me the NHS 10% discount, apologised for delays and it was on its way and still nothing. In effect robbed me of £126, for an item I needed to go away with for a couple of days, made them aware of this and still nothing, now they aren’t responding to my emails. Shocking, robbing and cant understand it at all. If they can’t deliver be respectful and refund. Following it up with amazon pay for a refund, will take to small claims if needed, they really shouldn’t get away with this.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Purchased bicycles in May. Bicycle went missing and blamed on courier. Then incorrect bicycle delivered. Collected for refund and no such refund has taken place. They now have both the bicycles and my money!!! A small fortune. Will not respond to correspondence.

Same as everyone else, out of pocket and no way to speak to anyone.. absolutely mind blowing how this company are able to trade. Spent a small fortune and they have ruined my summer.. not fit for purpose

All the same as the rest , lies ,lies lies . They need closing down for trading fraudulently . I am now in communication with Amazon pay to understand how they can work with this dubious organisation as well as securing a refund. The final straw was sending me an advice note for 6 items when DHL delivered 4 and confirmed they collected 4.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! Ordered in the first week of June and still no sign of our item over a month later. They say they’ve tried to deliver, no you haven’t, I’ve been here every single day. Now they say they have had to order more stock. I think we’re at the point of having to go to trading standards. Won’t go near Leisure Outlet again and would warn anybody else thinking of buying anything from them. Want a refund but radio silence.

Do not purchase from this company. Blames courier company for "lost" order. Incorrect order then delivered. 4 weeks of request for resolution and no resolution forth coming. Have requested refund and have had no response. Dont bother calling, they dont answer and emails go unanswered for days.

Don't order from this website. Orders are being taken when stock is unavailable, fake tracking numbers provided, and customers told that the fault lies with the courier, and delays are due to Covid-19.
